Really thankful to get a same-day slot for MRI shoulder due to pain. Got an afternoon slot and came in. While they were busy, the front desk staff were kind and approachable with their tone, aiming to serve me as soon as possible. Compliments to the MRI staff/manager Royce. He was considerate to put the blanket over and adjust the headphones properly. The music was nice, with a tad of bossa that even got me to sleep. It was efficient and I managed to get in and out swiftly and comfortably

It was my first time having an MRI, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The front desk staff was excellent, she explained everything clearly and prepared me well for the procedure. In the MRI room, Royce was very professional, making sure I stayed calm and comfortable throughout, even playing wave music that almost made me doze off. The entire experience was pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Outstanding service from beginning to end—highly recommended!

Disappointing Experience, Needs Improvement I had an appointment for an MRI, but unfortunately, my visit was far from smooth. The staff didn’t provide clear instructions about the process, which left me feeling uncertain and confused. To make matters worse, I overheard the front desk staff blaming each other for miscommunications, which didn’t inspire confidence in their ability to manage the clinic. On top of that, I was surprised and uncomfortable to hear staff speaking negatively about other patients — something I believe is highly unprofessional in a healthcare setting. It’s clear that there are internal communication issues and a lack of organization that need to be addressed. I would recommend the clinic reviews its organizational structure and overall professionalism. Patients should never be left waiting for extended periods while staff have internal discussions. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work to improve both the efficiency of their operations and the respect shown to patients.
