Poor follow-up on delivery order. Specifically mentioned the time frame i needed that items by, but that was not met. Items were late by a day despite mentioning the urgency of the order. Even though they had outsourced it to their courier, they should manage the process with the courier to ensure timely delivery to customers for whom timeliness is important.

First delivery was late and wasn’t notified. After received of my items, randomly checked 5units and found 3 units with different types of defects from our pen order ( uneven paint, dent, paint scratches) and was brushed off saying not considered defects. And even said that I paid for 0.1carat and expect 1carat diamond in their reply. Totally rude and unprofessional.
