A wonderful place, went in to browse 2 weeks ago and spotted very good sized philodendron prince of orange and micans. Decided to compare with all the other florists, but all offer smaller sizes and more expensive. Dont mind that the staff will check up on you time to time, just behave and know your plants before coming. The philos had burnt spots, otherwise looks healthy!

The male staff was helpful and knowledgeable and explained the difference between the two species we were looking at, and recommended one based on our requirements. He also helped us to choose two beautiful looking ones and helped load it into my vehicle. Thank you! Hopefully the plants last!

I had a most unfortunate and terrible experience with the lady boss of Spa Flora. I bought two large Chinese new year plants at $388 each. The plants were delivered without trays to collect water. I had gotten the trays and plants from the neighbouring Far East flora last year without additional charge and without my asking. At delivery , I called back and they informed me that I had not asked for the plates& advised me to go back to pick them up. No charge was mentioned then. When I turned up today, not only did the lady boss not looked up to speak to me but insisted I pay an additional $18 for the trays. She didn’t bother to apologise for the lack of explanation before I came down but continued w her own work, totally ignoring me thereafter. I will not advise anyone to bother patronising Spa flora with such rude, haughty & dismissive aftersales service. Now I understand why there was such poor footfall at this nursery compared to that at far east flora

Don’t bother coming here. Rude. I was using my plant app on plants for identification and health and the guy said no photos. Explained and he said no. Also never heard you cannot take pictures. You can take all you want next door at far east. Be mindful, the soil they used is really bad. I have a caladium purchased from them that dies off rather quickly. I will not purchase from here anymore. My go to will be far east next door or goodwood further down. They even have discount for members.
