Had such a wonderful experience at Spirit Stretch! The studio is clean, beautifully maintained, and very well organised. I also appreciate that there are locker rooms available for both men and women, which makes the whole visit convenient and comfortable. The atmosphere was incredibly immersive and peaceful — at one point during the session, the background visuals felt like being underwater with whales swimming by. It created such a calming and almost therapeutic vibe that elevated the entire practice. I joined an upper body and shoulder stretch session and it was both fun and effective. The flow was well-paced, and I left feeling lighter, more open, and refreshed. Definitely a place I’ll be visiting again 🌟

The projections itself is undoubtedly beautiful and I loved having the chance to pick the projections to use for the event yesterday. Also, allowing us to facilitate catering at your venue too. It is needless to say it was all good vibes and the guests definitely enjoyed themselves be it moving or entranced by the surroundings. Lots of special moments captured too. To Lana, thank you for being so hospitable and your passion for your craft is noticeable. You have an amazing energy, it was a true blessing to organise and collaborate together. I would definitely love to be try out your classes in the future too. To Elias, thank you for helping conduct the immersive yoga and sound bath experience yesterday. I loved your energy as well and you did such a brilliant job instructing the class to all of us, even though we’re at different levels. Being able to modify the exercises where needed and adjust class levels for us to get the optimal workout is a huge skill too. You made the class so fun and memorable for us with your encouragement and personality too. Our guests even comprised some first-timers and we all loved the session. So, huge thank you again.
