Great experience, honest business. Boss姜 was great in communication and gave clear instructions and guidance on how the packing and moving is done. Just a gentle reminder that if you might have a lot of stuff and might make another trip yourself, remember to place the heaviest boxes nearer to the door. 😅 Or tell them to move certain boxes first. Previously they were victims to ‘negative review ransom’. I’m glad Google cleared them up now.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and positive attitude throughout the move. Why i rate them 5 stars Punctuality: On time! Service: Wonderful! When I did the confirmation on engaging their service, the next day the cartons came by. The actual movers rep did a survey of the things being moved. Actual moving day: The movers did the stacking and was very diligent! They took great care to ensure no damage to the items. I was worried it would take more than 1 Trip for the moving but there were still enough space to fill in more. Delivery site: I'm probably the earliest in a whole bto area to move in, so the location isn't really marked out in Google map. However the movers made it there nicely and was swift! Placing the bulky stuff where I wanted it to be with care! Overall: It was a happy experience as I have moved about 4 locations before. I must say the movers are both impressive and delicate in the execution of the job! Unfortunately I was so caught up with the moving I didn't manage to take pictures of them in action. Could only take a sample picture of the wrapped stuff. 谢谢！ 非常棒！ 搬家执行的很好！
