About Star Florist Singapore
Star Florist Singapore is a floral services provider operating islandwide from its base in Woodlands, contactable via WhatsApp, phone, or enquiry form. KakiList has confirmed operating details directly. The Google rating is 3.4 from 14 reviews — this is a small sample and should be treated as directional only rather than conclusive. Package pricing is available, though exact rates should be confirmed with the provider directly.
Enquire by sharing your event date, venue, and approximate headcount or floral scope — whether you need a bridal bouquet, ceremony aisle arrangements, table centrepieces, or a full floral installation. For weddings, lead time of six to twelve weeks is advisable for popular Saturdays; for everyday arrangements and smaller occasions, two to four weeks is typically sufficient. Discuss theme, colour palette, and preferred bloom varieties at the initial consultation, and confirm whether a physical mock-up or sample arrangement is available before the full order is confirmed. Ask about delivery and setup windows at the venue, whether same-day setup is possible before guest arrival, and whether a travel charge applies for venues outside the central region.
Contact Star Florist Singapore via WhatsApp or the enquiry form to share your event date, floral scope, and preferred style — request an itemised package quote and confirm the deposit amount, balance schedule, and rescheduling terms in writing before committing.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
They made my wedding more perfect! My bouquet and flower decos were amazing🤩 And thank you to manager Yong ting for helping me a lot❤️
Disappointed to recd bday gift deliver 3 days late. Instead of flower with bday cake it chg to chocolate instead
Received flowers from an overseas friend ordered from this florist. The bouquet was not esthetically arranged and the lillies were already not fresh and wlited the next day! Very disappointed!! Not trustworthy!!
I engaged their service for my solemnisation. Had an extremely bad experience with them. I ordered a cascading bouquet and they delivered a normal bouquet instead. The bouquet looked nothing like the one I requested for. They clearly ensured me that they are able to replicate the bouquet as per the inspiration sent. However only certain florals will differ. However, the entire bouquet was of a different colour and flower arrangement. Just before my event, I called them and demanded for a replacement in an hour time. They did make it. But just before my walk-in, the plastic support of my bouquet broke at the entrance of the ballroom. I called them and texted multiple times for a refund, but they refused to do so. They said the management can only send an apologies or birthday bouquet. What's the point of such a bouquet when your big day has been messed up? All they are focused on is collecting the full amount prior event. If it is messed up or not, they do not care at all.
Is very bad experience order from here, spoil the surprise . Order from website, show will delivery on same day 9am -6pm . I make the order 9.30am the end 6.15 haven’t receive . 7.19pm say need arrange delivery at next day coz some item is out of stock. If you earlier inform me some item is out of stock i will change/ replace the item, why didn’t have any staff inform me and just leave it my order before I ask how about my order. Then what’s the point u do the service delivery at same day?

Floral packages in Singapore vary considerably by scope. Bridal bouquets typically run S$150–400, aisle arrangements S$300–800, table centrepieces S$80–250 each, and full ceremony or solemnisation floral installations S$800–3,000 or more depending on bloom choice and venue scale. Baby full-month and birthday table arrangements generally sit in the S$200–600 range. Star Florist Singapore offers package pricing — contact them directly for an itemised quote specific to your event. Confirm what is included (delivery, setup, teardown, stand or vase hire) versus billed separately, any travel charge for non-central venues, and the deposit and balance schedule. GST may apply depending on the business's registration status. See the full Floral cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, booking six to twelve weeks ahead is advisable — popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill quickly, and some floral specialists book out months in advance. Confirm the date is firmly held only once the deposit is received and a written agreement is in place. For baby celebrations, birthday parties, and everyday floral arrangements, two to four weeks is generally sufficient lead time. Same-week or last-minute orders may be possible depending on current availability, but bloom sourcing for specific varieties requires adequate notice. Ask Star Florist Singapore directly about their earliest available slot for your date, and confirm whether a wet-weather or venue-change contingency is possible if any portion of the setup is outdoors.
The Singapore industry standard for floral vendors is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the event date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — typically the date hold and any design consultation or mock-up work — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if you need to reschedule. For rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, many florists allow a date transfer within a defined window without forfeiting the deposit, but this varies by provider. Also confirm the cancellation cut-off and the protocol if a specific bloom variety is unavailable closer to the event date. Put all terms — package inclusions, substitution policy, delivery window, and balance schedule — in writing before paying.
