Enquiries typically begin with your event date, venue, and headcount, followed by a theme or entertainment style consultation to determine the right act or package. Lead time matters — in-demand entertainers and performers for popular Saturday slots book out 6–12 weeks ahead for children's parties and baby celebrations, and up to 6–12 months for weddings and large-scale events. Confirm the setup and teardown windows, as these are often outside the contracted performance slot. Ask about wet-weather or backup contingency if any portion of the event is outdoors, and check whether the package includes a travel surcharge for non-central venues. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is the Singapore industry standard to secure the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event.
To take the next step, contact Star Performers SG by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, providing your event date, venue, headcount, and the type of entertainment you have in mind, and request a written package proposal with the deposit, balance schedule, and cancellation terms clearly stated.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Lovely venue mostly for eateries, church and Cold Storage supermarkets. Also a big Phoon huat/ red man. During Christmas, CNY and other occasions there are lots of activities at the atrium. Not many clothing or shoes shops left. Beautiful view at night. Windy place that has a nice tunnel wind breeze effect.
Great theatre experience overall. The staff at Start Theatre were very helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcomed right from the entrance. The seating, sound and overall ambience were excellent. The only downside was the constant movement along aisle AW — security and other staff walking back and forth during the show, which was a little distracting and affected the viewing experience. Other than that, it was a wonderful visit and we look forward to coming again.
The star is a great shopping mall that is in open concept, which aircons are only available inside individual stores which you can bring you pets along as you shop in the mall. I have lots of restaurants, supermarket and pet shop too. Lots of parking lots available as well. The most attractive part is to come during chinese new year, which you can watch Lions on high poles and bring prosperity and lucks to your family. Gong xi fa cai. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR 2026 Huat ah! Ong Ah!! Hing Ah!!! Money many many.... : )
Attended the MLTR concert here. This is a great venue for concerts and musicals. It's not too big and with nice seats and quiet spacious. And hence exit the venue do not take too long as compared to bigger value. I am looking forward to attending more concerts here in the future.
Went for the Miku concert! The place was packed but staff handled it well. The area where they set up the merch booth was a little dark but otherwise everywhere else was well lit. The theatre was huge, airconditioned and with comfy seats. Toilets are nearby too.

Star Performers SG uses a package pricing model, and specific fees are not published publicly — you will need to request a quote based on your event date, duration, venue, and the type of entertainment required. For context, Singapore market norms for entertainment packages run roughly S$600–3,000+ for a standard event slot for acts such as DJs, emcees, magicians, mascots, or live bands, with larger productions or multi-act bookings sitting higher. Itemise the quote carefully: confirm what the package covers in hours of coverage or performance time, travel charges for non-central venues, setup and sound equipment, GST, and the deposit and balance payment schedule. Ask for a written contract before paying anything. See the full Entertainment cost guide for Singapore →
Lead time depends heavily on the event type and the day of the week. For weddings and large corporate events, popular performers and entertainment packages on peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November can book out 6–12 months ahead. For children's birthday parties and baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, 6–12 weeks is a reasonable minimum, though in-demand acts fill up faster during school holiday periods. For everyday or weekday events, a 2–4 week lead time is often workable, but it is worth enquiring early to avoid disappointment. Confirm whether the date is secured only upon deposit payment, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case of last-minute changes or wet-weather disruption for outdoor elements.
The Singapore events industry standard is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to hold the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — typically the date hold and any pre-event planning or consultation hours — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if you cancel or reschedule. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy if a force-majeure situation such as a public-health restriction or extreme weather forces a change, and whether the deposit can be applied to a new date without penalty. For setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues, also ask whether Star Performers SG holds public liability insurance and can provide a copy of the certificate, as many venues require this before permitting setup.
