I like that StorHub Serangoon North is conveniently located near my home. The facility is new, smells pleasant, and the floors are clean — overall, I’m very satisfied with the condition of the place. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Their parking has a 10-minute grace period during office hours, and a generous 1.5-hour grace period after office hours. The storage is spacious and it’s fully air-conditioned. If I ever need storage again, I’d definitely choose StorHub.

Storhub advertised these as a "Lifestyle Hub" but the lounge, podcast room, meeting rooms, workstations, water dispenser and even toilets were demolished. The toilets have become storage units! See attached photos and blueprint. These were also sold as "climate controlled" units, but the a/c temperature has been turned up high to save on electricity cost and the humidity in the units has risen noticeably from when I first moved in. In spite of all these removal of advertised and even basic facilities, Storhub has increased their rates by up to 20% in the last year. Due to the demolition work, the entire building is dusty and the storage units has open ceiling resulting in all my items getting dusty from renovation debris. The carpark has just a 10 mins grace period, necessitating going to the corporate office each time to get a parking redemption coupon. The last I checked there don't seem to be any other corporate tenants using the building and the car park, there's no reason why parking cannot be free for the 1st hour so that those accessing the units don't have to go get a parking coupon even for quick 15 min item retrieval. This location is so ulu, that no one is going to abuse a 1 hour grace period for parking. I can clearly see the loss of morale in the dimming eyes of the office staff when the bosses who sit in their high thrones do not listen to the feedback of their workers on the ground.

I had certain issues with my space and wanted to change it past my moving date, though my initial fees was forfeited, Sharmie went above and beyond making sure I still got my 1st month free. I am a regular user of Storage facilities at STOREHUB SERANGOON. Ivy has never failed to find me suitable sizes for my storage needs. She is responsive and takes feedback seriously. My experience with her and team has been a pleasant one. It is located near residential area, which makes it somewhat more accessible and popular among users.
