The behavior of your taxi driver at the BKE ramp leading to Woodlands checkpoint is appalling. Drive on motorcycle lane to cut queue into car lane, endangering motorists’ lives!! With more taxis plying the cross border, such incidents will only increase. What is your company doing about this?

Rude driver parked beside our car and hit the side of our door when opening. When asked and reprimanded nicely, the rude driver barked back and wasn’t happy saying “you can protect your car next time”.

We were unlucky to board a STRIDES taxi from Woodlands Checkpoint Taxi stand on 12.12 night. Hubby wanted to pay by Paylah! Chinese uncle claimed he don't know, we dig into our wallet to pay him cash. He left his iphone accidentally on the taxi and never got it back. We called so many times on that night and day after, that fellow just wouldnt answered them. Can see the phone whereabouts from Find my iphone apps and it eventually ended up in 187 Boon Lay Drive that night. STRIDES Lost and Found team track down the driver; he claimed to have many hailed down rides that day and couldnt recall any phone lost. The office didn't help us much either even after we informed them the phone location. Obviously covering up for the driver. Morale of the story: 1. Avoid taking Strides taxi in future. 2. If no choice has to take, please take photos of the taxi vehicle no. and his licence. 3. Hooligan taxi company.

Really appreciate his honesty, patience, and amazing service — he could’ve just continued on his way, but he went out of his way to help. SHB165C very rude taxi driver. He parked a pick up car lot but claimed it is a taxi waiting lot. When asked to move so as easy for other vehicle to drive out of pick up area, driver refused and even pick a fight with other driver.A Passenger van was seen reversing into bus lane just because the said taxi driver refused to budge.
