working in Singapore and i had the weekend to myself so booked this place for 3 hours on Saturday morning. What a find! the studio is awesome, really well kitted out. I rented a guitar for a crazy cheap price $5 extra and it played v nicely, well set up and sounded great. I'll deffo come back to this place next time I'm around. BTW just follow the sign that says more shops in the basement down the stairs, left all the way to the end and it's on the right

Uncalled extra $10 fees just because we had friends who want to watch us & majority of the time they were either sitting on the couch or sitting in the studio listening. Only mentioned it after we finished jamming. We had no other problems with other studios which had better services than this.

This studio is a well-priced option for jamming/rehearsing. There are some quirks. If you opt for the assistant-free, less expensive rate, you have to get a door code before the session begins, which is sometimes difficult to get in time -- but the studio has everything you need for a good band session, as loud as you want: Good amps, a professional mixing board, mics, etc. My bandmates and myself always have fun playing here. The management takes care to address issues when they arise. We look forward to rehearsing there again soon.
