Terrible service ever! Mentioned driver will called before delivery. End up driver called when arrive and left the hamper at the doorstep than left. Called customer service and mentioned driver will come and pick up and deliver again at 6pm+. Two and a half hour later when family member drop by its still there!! Called for the update and they only know sorry and will update the manager regarding this. Buy at your own risk. WORST experience that never had before!

Unfortunately I had a **TERRIBLE** experience using their services. There was no proof of delivery provided for my order, and they failed to inform me that the hamper was not delivered on the scheduled day. The hamper was eventually delivered a full week late, with no apology or explanation offered at any point. After that, they did not respond to my messages and calls despite multiple follow-ups asking about the delivery status. Overall, the service was unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Honestly, if they could not handle or deliver such a large order, they should not have promised that they could. If I could give 0 stars, I would, but the lowest I could select was 1 star. PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE THEIR SERVICE.

After placed order. No proof of delivery. Since it is B1F1, I manage to get one set for my family, but unfortunately, I didn’t recieve it. Poor AI WhatsApp reply. Luckily I only order 3 sets, if I order more for my clients, I don’t even know if all of them receive it or not. Called their hotline, they told me they don’t have the practice to show customer DO or photo as proof of delivery. Base on the picture sent by one of my client, the set doesn’t tally on what I ordered as well. No update on the free voucher too. No official receipt given after placed order. No pic no sound, only can wait.
