This is a nice cozy boutique set up kind of health screening center with a nice and extremely knowledgeable medical director Dr Samuel Soon. Unlike other big health screening centers which may not even review your results base on my previous experience, Sunway make sure you get your results review within 1-2 weeks with the doctor. What I like the most was Dr Samuel Soon explained my results in detail, and provides good medical advices as well as follow up if needed. Thanks to Dr Samuel soon and his wonderful staffs for such a pleasant health screening experience!

Disappointed & frustrated experience. First, please provide a better guideline & warm experience for your patient especially when wellness doctor refer us to a specific specialist doctor, we have an expectations to solve health issues as urgent. Unfortunately, all the doctor is not available during this holiday seasons. ( searching doctor around your hospital and get disappointment) Second, customer service is not helpful & don’t provide solutions for patient to make appointment when they know that doctor is on holiday until Jan 2023. Third, clinic admin is not providing the right direction and information. Clinic admin given a different information it will lead us to a wrong directions to check again with registrations counter. And customer service bounces us back to clinic admin again. Last, we do understand how busy & how important is a doctor role, I also aware they work long hour and they don’t spend their time with family other than their work, however, I really hope your doctor pay a respect to their patient, do not put her anger towards her patients especially elderly that need more care. Sunway Medical centre I hope you can provide a better experience for your patients. We pay our own bill is not to received all this bad experience and bad emotions, we want to have a healthier body, healthier emotions with better experience.

Very pleasant experience with health screening and can get appointment without long waiting unlike others need to make appointment one month in advanced. The nurses there are polite and even served us light snacks and drink after the health screening. Definitely recommend this and will come back again!
