I was referred to this doctor by my insurance agent as a Prudential panel doctor. Initially, from pre-surgery through post-surgery, the doctor was friendly and helpful, which gave me confidence that everything was in order. However, when my Prudential insurance claim later encountered issues, my experience changed completely. When I tried to seek clarification and medical advice, the clinic’s service management did not allow me to speak to the doctor directly and insisted that all communication be done only via email. When I formally wrote to the doctor, the response was minimal and only stated that he would liaise with Prudential, without any explanation to me as the patient. This lack of transparency, poor communication, and restrictive clinic management caused unnecessary frustration during a stressful period. Based on my experience, I am disappointed with both the doctor’s follow-up support and the clinic’s service management. I would not recommend this clinic to patients who expect proper communication and accountability when problems arise.

I arrived for my appointment at 15:30. As of 15:43, the patient scheduled for 15:00 still hasn't been seen by the doctor. When I will be seen is a big question. This is a pathetic, unprofessional, shady outfit. The people at the reception are clueless and couldn't care less. I strongly recommend thinking many times over before coming to these people for an appointment.

Go to this specialist at your own risk. Both dr wong n his receptionist do not care about your well-being. Totally no interest in updating u after blood test result is out even though there were promises made over the counter after blood test that a call will be given. It took more than a month for me to speak to dr and with 8 chases via WhatsApp and calls. Dr wong is not apologetic at all when he finally called. Note , the 1st time consultation costed me more than 1.2k. I moved on to another specialist and it costed me few hundred dollars lesser and with very professional receptionists and Dr. Am glad I made the decision to move out of surgi ten after the 1st consultation.. do leave me a message if u need any referrals to the specialist I am seeing now.

Incompetent Doctor and unprofessional staff, very poor communication skills stay away ( i cant leave 0 stars so had to choose one) I was seen for stinging when i urinate and swelling around bladder and went through a series of tests which for a long while focused on treating prostatitis which s basically a catch all term for having an irritated prostate/bladder like IBS if you have gastro symptoms knowing i had a bad gut still insisted on two months of strong antibiotics. Throughout the various procedures/scans naturally i had questions, generally he would say 'we dont know' ' i dont know' which for simple questions like what else could the stinging be coming from we looked at the prostate what else could it be, 'i dont know' he just shot down questions and moved onto the next procedure and didnt take kindly to questions I had to do a urine test and was waiting for a while to drink and go to the toilet one time, the next time i had to do another test the young guy on reception joked ah didnt take so long this time infront of the whole waiting room, when i called him out on it he denied saying it. As my symptoms were not improving i went in to see if urine was leaking, a procedure is needed to urinate whilst being xrayed with something on the front of you to pee into and a nerve sensor up you backside. When i did the letter of guarantee he had asked for two doctors to be billed, im on top level cigna insurance, there was back and fourth with his office, cigna wanted some medical context and report to which the clinic said they would charge for them if they needed them, Cigna said this was not normal practice. Cigna refused to approve two doctors stating its a simple procedure if you are trained in it. He kept pushing back and saying he needed another doctor to help, the day before the procedure the doctors staff said he would pay for it himself. Then on the day i was preparing with laxative and got an email saying i would be liable for the doctor and any and all other costs associated with the procedure or additional support needed (a blank cheque) I called cigna and they said its all very unprofessional and greedy/unethical to charge for reports the way he was and to find another urologist, i had enough and luckily found another one who knew how to do procedure themselves, no laxatives were needed and it infact increases the chance of infection from stools being more loose?!? Why didnt he just say he didnt know ? instead he arrogantly said it was cigna being a typical insurance company. Worst still the doctor had a look inside (finally) at the end of so many time consuming and costly procedures and my bladder was very red and inflamed all over (my next doctor said it was alarming) but he said it was just irritated ('We dont know why') and declared LOOK NO CANCER ... however he had done NO BIOPSIES during the surgery to be able to state such things which my new doctor worrying. Bottom line please dont go through what i had to at a challenging time.
