My daughter's best part of Sunday is to go to Swarna Kala Mandir. The teachers are so talented and well-organized. There is a clear structure in the way they organize a curriculum and train them for stage shows. The very idea of getting the kids on stage at such a young age, is a great enrichment for the kid. Swarna mam is such a versatile dancer and is very skillful in bringing the best out of the kids! A well-deserved 5 stars to the team. Thank you for all your efforts & kindness.

My daughter Jia Susan joined Swarna Kala Mandir on her own at the age of 7 yrs old. She really enjoyed her time there as it was a very fun and exciting experience every time she had her dance class. All the teachers are hilarious and caring which helps students learn and enjoy their classes. All of the teachers also put in 100% of their effort into each and every student, striving for them to improve in their dance while simultaneously having fun.

It’s been amazing learning bharatanatyam from SKM under Ms Swarna and the other tutors! They have a structured plan for classes and they offer annual exams that train me to practise the art form consistently. After every exam, we are advanced to the next level and that gives us a sense of progress in our learning. Moreover, Ms Swarna is also the Principal tutor for NUS Indian Dance at NUS and she led a wonderful production last year that I am proud to have been a part of.
