They cleared up the work area at the end of each work day. SWC’s office staff Esther was helpful, offering steps to help me access sites with this review. Keep up the good work.

Came across their reviews on Google and found many positive customers’ feedback. Hence engaged SWC. Their quality of waterproofing works were very good. They conducted pre work site survey. They did proper site preparation and protection to our furniture, walls and flooring. Cleaned up the site. The service team conducted themselves professionally when on site. So far the completed waterproofed external walls and ceilings was satisfactory and no issues. Highly recommended!

The work was completed on schedule and satisfactory, with some additional work done. The two workers did try to clean up at the end of each day. There’s room for improvement in communication. I had to follow up for the quote and call the day before to confirm the start of the repairs. No one came to check on the work after completion.

Decided to go ahead with SWC after reading the Google reviews and the works they have done. My bathrooms had som missing grout and I wanted them fixed before the water affected the tiles below. Communication with them was easy although the appointment slots were harder to secure (took some time and won’t be immediate). Work was done generally well and quite fast. The grouting was done for the whole bathroom and dried up in a couple of hours. Would recommend if you are looking for grouting works
