I had to follow up for the quote and call the day before to confirm the start of the repairs. No one came to check on the work after completion.

Decided to go ahead with SWC after reading the Google reviews and the works they have done. My bathrooms had som missing grout and I wanted them fixed before the water affected the tiles below. Communication with them was easy although the appointment slots were harder to secure (took some time and won’t be immediate). Work was done generally well and quite fast. The grouting was done for the whole bathroom and dried up in a couple of hours. Would recommend if you are looking for grouting works
