I had ordered 54 cupcakes for my son’s birthday celebration on 27 Feb, but only realised on the actual celebration day (26 Feb) at about 11:30am that I had made a mistake with the date. I needed the cupcakes by 3pm and was honestly panicking. I immediately reached out to them via WhatsApp, hoping for a miracle. And miracle really happened. Despite the super short notice, their team went the extra mile to bake and decorate all the cupcakes exactly as I had requested, and everything was ready on time. The level of responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help was truly impressive. You can feel that they genuinely care about their customers. This is my second order with them, and once again the cupcakes were delicious. The minis are so good that I can easily eat 10 in one go! My whole family loved them, and the kids were so happy. I have received this marble cake as a full month gift. The packaging was nice, but I was quite disappointed by the edges and sides of the cake.
