Bought two Toilet bowl through here via recommendation from my ID. One of the toilet bowl didn’t come on the delivery date and I have to call on the day to check and then was told not ready. And worse , they didn’t acknowledge and instead tell me that it was not that date. Thankfully I have documentation to prove. I didn’t write this review back then as I feel that accidents happen so I am fine with it and forgot about it. Recently my toilet bowl had issue after a month, contacted SYH and they ask their technical down after one or two follow ups. The technical was very nice, came and told me that the supplier didn’t put in certain thing hence the issue. He mention the supplier will contact me directly to fix it. Close to 1.5 weeks but I have no contact and this means I couldn’t use one of the toilet for close to two weeks already. I chase SYH a few times but there was no reply. Frustrated I went back to my ID to ask if they could help to contact SYH as there were no response. My ID helped me and within the day the supplier arrived to fix my item. I don’t really understand why the service is so poor. However , the issue is fix now. But I am disappointed by the level of service and care they have for the customer, after purchase have been made. Product is important; but so is service. Still giving a 3 star cause they ultimately send the full product (base on what I buy) but genuinely poor service.

Visited SYH 2 months ago and was attended by Welby. Welby was extremely patient and knowledgable when answering my enquiries. She went to the extent of sourcing for the model and size of the basin which I was looking for but not found in the shop. She managed to find the right model of the basin to go with the same brand of the toilet bowl which I wished to order. I have finally decided to purchase 2 sets of toilet bowl plus basin at a very reasonable price too. Thank you Welby for the great service.

Customer service was knowledgable at the shop. We ordered items from them, paid in full and booked a delivery date more than a month in advance. The day before the delivery, SYH messaged us and said that they did not have our items in stock with no idea when the new stock was coming resulting in a delay to our renovation.
