Families interested in enrolling a child should begin by contacting T.E.A.M. Student Care via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check slot availability for their intended start month. It is worth asking about the daily routine, homework supervision structure, staff-to-child ratio, and the settling-in period so your child can adjust comfortably. Singaporean citizens and permanent residents may also wish to enquire whether the centre is ECDA-approved, as that determines eligibility for government subsidies. As student care places at established centres can fill up, reaching out a few months ahead of your intended start date is advisable.

My boys were with Team Student Care since they were P1 till they were in P6. Sandy and her team have taken good care of the boys giving us a peace of mind when at work. They are very responsive when we needed any update on the boys. During the school holidays, they also organise interesting activities to keep the children engaged. We also appreciate their flexible scheme that are tailored for children who have CCAs and need not be at the Student Care 5 days a week. Sandy is always understanding and thoughtful. To her, the students’ safety and comfort is of utmost importance. The teachers are always helpful and caring. We really appreciate all of them. Thank you, Team!
The staff and teachers at TEAM are all very friendly, responsive and caring towards the students. They are flexible and accommodating to requests, unlike some of other student care centers we have encountered. My son has been with TEAM TPCC for 3 years and been well taken care of all the time. He has enjoyed his time with the center 👏🏼
Wonderful experience since signing up my child last year when he was P1. The staff are kind, attentive and they genuinely care for the students and their wellbeing. I also appreciate how the team puts in effort to organise interesting activities during school and public holidays, based on what they know the kids enjoy. So thank you TEAM for looking after the children and ensuring they have an enjoyable space to grow and learn together.
Teachers and staff (cooking auntie) in TEAM are caring and friendly. I’m glad that my daughter enjoys her time there and its a bonus for the working parents as our children’s homework, spelling, ting xie has been settled when we pick them home so that we can spend more quality time with our children.
My daughter is with TEAM Tg Pagar for almost 1 year now and she really enjoys her time. There are plenty of activities like outdoor, arts, and even piano lessons. Teachers are flexible and easy to communicate with. And there is an app that is easy to use.

T.E.A.M. Student Care is priced at the mid-range ($$) tier for student care in Singapore. Exact monthly fees were not publicly listed at the time of this profile — contact the centre directly for a current fee schedule. Beyond the monthly fee, families should ask about a one-time registration fee, a deposit (typically equivalent to one to two months of fees), and any uniform or insurance charges. Student care and childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the quoted price should be what you pay. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Government subsidies for student care and childcare in Singapore are available to Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-approved centres. The Basic Subsidy provides up to S$300 per month for childcare-aged children, while the Working Mother's Child Development Subsidy offers additional support for mothers in employment for 56 or more hours per month. An Additional Subsidy, income-tested and means-assessed, can bring combined subsidy amounts up to S$710 per month. Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum. You will need to confirm directly with T.E.A.M. Student Care whether the centre holds ECDA-approved status, as subsidy eligibility depends on this. Subsidy rates and qualifying criteria are subject to change — visit the ECDA website for the most current figures before making financial plans.
Student care places at well-regarded centres can be limited, and popular centres in Singapore are sometimes booked several months in advance. January is the peak intake period, aligned with the school calendar, so families targeting a new academic year start should enquire at least three to six months ahead where possible. To secure a place, centres typically require a completed registration form along with a registration fee and deposit. It is worth contacting T.E.A.M. Student Care directly via WhatsApp or phone to ask about current availability for your child's school level and preferred start month, rather than assuming a place is open.
