About T-Play Singapore
T-Play Singapore is a birthday party events provider operating islandwide from its venue at 2 Bukit Batok West Ave 7, Level 2. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The Google rating stands at 4.8 out of 5 across 1,105 reviews, which is a robust sample and a meaningful signal of consistent customer satisfaction. Package pricing is available, with a mid-range price indicator.
Families planning a birthday party typically begin by contacting T-Play via phone to discuss the event date, the age group of the child, headcount, and preferred theme or activity scope. From there, the team can walk through the available packages versus à la carte add-ons, covering what is included in the space hire, entertainment, and setup. It is worth confirming the deposit required on signing — the Singapore industry standard runs at 30 to 50 per cent — along with the balance due date, setup and teardown access windows, and whether a wet-weather or backup contingency applies to any outdoor elements. Lead time for popular party dates is typically six to twelve weeks for in-demand entertainment and decoration slots, so early contact is advisable.
To take the next step, call T-Play Singapore directly to check date availability, discuss your child's age group and expected headcount, and request a written package breakdown before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Fauzan and the team were absolutely phenomenal with the kids! My daughter had such an amazing session! It's a fantastic place to enjoy with the little ones on the weekends. A big thank you to Fauzan, Hariz, Iqbal, and Shalom for creating such a joyful experience!
🛝 Fun play 🤩 Staff are friendly. Well maintain indoor playground with many combination of activities: climb element, slide, jump on trampoline, crawl tunnel, mini rock climb, ball pit, foam building block, viewing platform, net, hidden area, artcraft you name it👍🏻Interactive obstacle within spacious ground. Toilet located inside premise. Birthday celebration room available. Will revisit again definitely
It's my first time coming to T-play with my boy. He really loved playing there as the playground is big and has many obstacles and slides for kids. I could smell dettol faintly and I know the staff sanitizes the playground from session to session (2 hours per session). The staff on duty were Fauzan, Charmaine, Hariz and Nadda. Kudos to them as they walked around frequently to ensure safety of the kids and parents. Very friendly and approachable too. Will definitely visit again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at this indoor playground! The place is clean, fun, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Nadda and Shaheda — they are so nice, friendly, and welcoming, and they really made our visit enjoyable. The kids had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and safe place for children to play!
We celebrated our daughter’s birthday at T-Play Bukit Batok and had a great experience. Everything was well organised and the whole process went very smoothly. Special thanks to Shakila for her warm and helpful service. She made the celebration even more enjoyable.😊

T-Play Singapore uses package-based pricing, indicated at a mid-range level. For context, birthday party packages in Singapore — covering entertainment and venue or activity space — typically run S$500 to S$2,500 depending on headcount, duration, theme, and inclusions. You should confirm with T-Play exactly what each package covers: the number of hours, activity or entertainment components, decoration, setup and teardown access, and whether a party host is included. Also clarify the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance due date, and any travel or logistics surcharge if applicable. GST may apply depending on the billing entity, so confirm this when you receive the written quote. See the full birthday parties cost guide for Singapore →
For birthday parties and baby celebrations, popular entertainment and activity providers in Singapore tend to book out six to twelve weeks ahead, with the most sought-after Saturday slots — particularly school-holiday weekends — filling faster. If you have a specific date in mind, contacting T-Play as early as possible is the safest approach. When you enquire, confirm whether the date is held provisionally or only secured once the deposit is paid, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case the event needs to be moved. If any portion of the party involves an outdoor or semi-outdoor setup, also ask about the wet-weather contingency plan.
The Singapore industry standard for events is a deposit of 30 to 50 per cent on signing to hold the date, with the remaining balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date reservation, design consultation, any pre-event planning hours — and whether it is refundable or transferable if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are commonly non-refundable but transferable to a new date, so ask about the rescheduling window. It is also worth asking whether T-Play Singapore holds public liability insurance, particularly if the event is held at an HDB void deck, condominium function room, or other managed venue that may request a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
