Excellent experience with the Ziptrak team. Shier was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly before we decided to purchase. He also followed up after installation to check that everything was fine, which showed great service and care. Ibrahim and Nirob did a fantastic job with the installation. They were very professional, skilled, and careful in their work, and they patiently explained how to use and maintain the system. Big thank you to Brent and Lorraine for all the patience and guidance in helping us choose the right zip track and blinds for our home. Both had tremendous patience in answering and clarifying all our questions and doubts to help us make an informed purchase without being pushy. Special thanks also go to Mingwen , Xiangnan and Rubel for our indoor blind installation, and Liu pei and Youchun for the zip track installation. Worth mentioning that during the installation of both the blinds and the zip track, there were some hick ups which were unforeseen but what matters most, I believe, from a customer perspective is how The Curtain Boutique, via Brent were open to discussion and more importantly, on how to solve the issues on hand. It was overall very good service provided and above all, having peace of mind that the products are reliable.

We had a wonderful experience with The Curtain Boutique! Ms. Lorraine was incredibly helpful at the showroom — she guided us patiently in choosing the right fabric and design that matched our needs. She also went above and beyond by facilitating our condominium approval paperwork and even double-checked her company’s submission. Her attention to detail caught an issue early and helped prevent any delay in installation. Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Kabir did an excellent job installing our outdoor blinds. They were polite, professional, and meticulous in their work — and they even cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job! Overall, great service, smooth process, and fantastic results.
