Families considering student care should begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as places can fill quickly, particularly at the start of each school year in January. When you contact Talent Scout Student Care, ask about the daily routine, homework supervision structure, staff-to-child ratio, and the settling-in process for new pupils. It is also worth confirming whether the centre is registered with ECDA, which determines eligibility for government subsidies available to Singapore citizen children. Bring your child's school timetable and any special needs or dietary requirements to the conversation early.
The most direct next step is to call or submit an enquiry through the form on this listing to ask about current vacancies, monthly fees, and to arrange a visit to the centre before committing. Listing data is incomplete — contact "Talent Scout Student Care" directly to confirm details.

My Son attends Talent Scout Student Care located at 7 Gambas Crescent, #06-17, ARK@GAMBAS . I must say this is one of the best student care i have ever come across with. My son is very happy to go there. Personally i'm pretty impressed with their program, They fetch my son from bus, provide home cooked healthy food(rice+1 veg+1 meat), Supervise the homework, assist in school spelling mastery, also make them do different worksheets from different schools on a daily basis. They have good qualified and caring teachers with whom we can talk or message regarding my sons progress. They even have holiday special programs where the kids are exposed to non academic activities like art and craft, speech and drama, creative writing, outdoor activities etc. Place is bright and clean .I would like to recommend this to all the parents who stay around Sembawang.
Talent scout is full of wonderful caring academically strong teachers. All are best suppotive encouraging teachers. MANY times helped to prepare my kid for competitions exordinally and he won cups. they have tamil, hindi chinese malay speaking teachers , they are teaching mother tongue subjects also which is very rare in other centres. Holidays full of extra curricular activities, movie time, science part visits etc., they give you feedbacks on kids progress in effectively and often. Everyday activity diary provided to monitor on what they have done. All in all, we are fully satisfied with their efforts. Two continue years is completing with scout, and i dont have anytjing negative to comment or to improve. As scout is always looking for improvization, more efforts to bring in good qualities of kids. Thanks to all teachers who are working beyond limits...

Talent Scout Student Care operates on a monthly recurring fee model, priced at the mid-range ($$) tier. Exact figures are not publicly listed, so you will need to contact the centre directly for a current fee schedule. When enquiring, ask about the registration fee, security deposit (typically equivalent to one to two months of fees), and any additional charges for uniforms, insurance, or enrichment activities bundled into the programme. Childcare and student care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly rate quoted should be the amount you pay. Confirm in writing whether the fee covers full school-term months only or is charged uniformly across school holidays as well. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Government subsidies for student care in Singapore are available to Singapore citizen children enrolled in MOE-registered student care centres. The Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) scheme, administered through MSF-funded Social Service Offices, provides means-tested assistance based on gross monthly household income and the number of dependants. Eligibility and quantum are assessed individually, and families must apply through an SSO rather than directly through the centre. Permanent resident children are generally not eligible for SCFA but may qualify for centre-level concessions. The subsidy framework is subject to periodic revision, so check directly with the Ministry of Social and Family Development or your nearest Social Service Office for current income thresholds and payment amounts before making enrolment decisions. Confirm with Talent Scout Student Care whether the centre participates in the SCFA scheme.
Student care places in Singapore, particularly at centres near popular primary schools or in residential hubs, can fill several months in advance. The peak intake period is January, aligned with the start of the school year, so families targeting that window are advised to enquire at least three to six months ahead. Centres often require a registration fee and deposit to secure a confirmed place. For mid-year enrolment, availability varies and is best confirmed directly with the centre by phone or via the enquiry form. Ask specifically about the current waitlist position, the expected wait time, and whether a deposit is required to join the queue. Contact Talent Scout Student Care at its ARK@Gambas centre to check real-time availability for your child's school and start date.
