Enquiring about a floral commission typically begins with the event date, venue, and a rough headcount or scale — whether a bridal bouquet and ceremony arch, table centrepieces for a banquet, or a full-month celebration arrangement. Lead time matters: bridal bouquets and aisle florals for weddings are generally booked 2–4 months ahead, and popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest. Everyday and gift arrangements can often be turned around within one to two weeks. During consultation, confirm the style (lush and garden-style, structured and architectural, minimalist), preferred blooms and any seasonal substitutions, colour palette, and whether installation and teardown at the venue are included or billed separately. Couples planning ROM solemnisations should also clarify whether the studio handles delivery and setup at the solemnisation venue directly.
To move forward, call Tamora Floral Design to discuss your event date and scope, request an itemised quote covering flowers, packaging or vessel, delivery, and any on-site setup, and confirm a deposit amount and balance schedule in writing before work begins.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.

Blossom has been at Duo for as long as I can remember! Visited recently to customise my prewedding shoot bouquet and the service was excellent! If you tell them your budget and the vibe you're going for, the florist team always does their best to meet the mark! My bouquet was well wrapped and I really appreciated the ribbon used (it has two small pearl details!) A nice touch~ Thank you~~

Pricing depends on the scope and scale of the commission. Singapore market norms for floral services: bridal bouquets typically S$150–400, aisle and ceremony arch arrangements S$400–1,500+, table centrepieces S$80–250 per table, and full wedding floral packages S$1,500–6,000+ depending on the number of pieces and bloom selections. Everyday gift arrangements and full-month celebration florals generally run S$80–300. Confirm in writing: the itemised cost per piece or per arrangement, delivery fee for non-central venues, on-site installation and teardown charges where relevant, a deposit amount (typical 30–50% on booking), and the balance due date. Seasonal bloom availability can affect pricing, so ask about substitutions if specific flowers are critical to the design. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, book floral at least 2–4 months ahead, and ideally earlier if your date falls on a peak Saturday in March, April, October, or November — those weekends are the first to close. A deposit is typically required at booking to secure the date. For full-month celebrations, baby showers, and solemnisation ceremonies, 4–8 weeks is generally sufficient for bespoke arrangements, though popular weekends may book earlier. Everyday gift and congratulatory arrangements can often be accommodated within one to two weeks, subject to bloom availability. Confirm whether a wet-weather or venue-change contingency is in place for any outdoor setup — flower delivery and installation timelines can be disrupted by access restrictions or late changes at the venue.
Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date and cover initial sourcing of blooms and materials. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, consultation hours, any mock-up or trial arrangement — and what happens if you need to reschedule or cancel. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date if sufficient notice is given. Ask specifically about the notice period required and whether there is a rescheduling fee. For weddings, also confirm the policy if the venue changes last-minute and affects delivery logistics or setup access windows. Public liability insurance is worth asking about if the studio is installing arrangements at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue, as some venues require the vendor to provide a copy of the certificate before allowing setup.
