Went in for a finger prick test with Dr Kwek BC, had to wait 15 mins for the result as per normal. About 10 mins later another patient came in and went to see the Dr, I ended up waiting almost 1 hour to collect my result and some medication. Would’ve been nice if the Dr had more respect for patient’s time as I ended up late for another appt. I literally only needed to wait another 5 mins to get the result. Also he’s got this heck care attitude that’s a little off putting. Besides that front desk staff were of a great help.

This is my repeat visit here to do the AHT. Called the clinic to confirm the opening hours before coming. Came at 2.20pm on a Thursday so there was no queue at all. Dr Mark Chin was polite and objective. Test results came out in 10 minutes. Swift and no frills. Honestly don't quite understand the low ratings here haha.

Convenient clinic that’s located in Tanjong Pagar plaza. Contrary to the other negative reviews, my experience there was pleasant. Receptionists were polite and prompt. Dr Kwek conducted the consultation in a non hurried manner and was patient and detailed in explaining.
