Enquiring is straightforward — contact the team by phone or through the online form with your event date, venue, headcount, and any theme or colour palette in mind. Balloon and decor packages vary by scope: a simple arch or cluster arrangement differs considerably in price and lead time from a full venue transformation with organic balloon walls, centrepieces, and ceiling installations. Confirm the package or à la carte structure, what is included in the quote (delivery, setup, and teardown), and any travel charge for venues outside the central area. For HDB void decks or condo function rooms, ask whether the company holds public liability insurance and whether the venue management requires a copy. Wet-weather contingency should also be discussed for any outdoor or semi-outdoor setup.
To take the next step, reach out via phone or the enquiry form with your event date and venue details so the team can confirm availability and provide a written package quote.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
The staff at this store were incredibly unhelpful. I asked a simple question about where to find an item and was met with a sigh and a vague point in no particular direction. When I asked for more help, I was told to "just look around." No effort was made to assist. The cashier was equally dismissive and unfriendly. I won't be shopping here again. Save your time and go somewhere the staff actually wants to help customers.
This has been mentioned before but terrible service for sure. Most annoying is still that you need $15 for PayNow or NETS. In this day and age? No credit card payment is already annoying, but due to merchant fees I guess I get it. But even for PayNow?
Bought a helium balloons but the foil one deflated before I even reached the mrt! Very disappointing!
Bought a helium balloon. Left it in the car for 5 minutes to get a quick coffee and it exploded. Went back to the shop within 30 minutes to clarify and the staff had bad service, shooed us away with a rude tone, ignored us, and said our car was too hot. Never had such an issues with other helium balloons though, even those gotten from taobao. Wonder if the car was really too hot or the quality was poor.
Will give negative star if it's possible. Called to ask if they do helium pumping for all balloons and they said YES. In the end, when we brought the gender reveal balloon to the shop they say they WILL NOT pump for us cause they are selling the same balloon and expect us to pay $28 for the same balloon. WHAT A SCAM. Don't waste your time visiting this shop. So, you mean if a customer brings the same balloon that u sell at your shop, you won't pump??? Pls learn from other balloon shops that are flexible in pumping balloons of the same design that is sold at their place. If not, just don't scam others and say u provide pumping service if you are forcing people to buy overpriced balloons from you. Use some brain.

Balloon and decor packages in Singapore typically range from S$300 to S$1,500 for standalone installations such as arches, columns, and balloon walls, rising to S$2,000–5,000+ for full venue transformations covering multiple zones. Pricing depends on the scale of the installation, balloon types (latex, foil, chrome, organic), and the complexity of the design. Confirm in writing what the quoted package includes: delivery to the venue, setup labour, teardown and removal after the event, and whether a stylist is on-site throughout. Ask about the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance schedule, travel charges for non-central or landed venues, and any surcharge for same-day collection or after-hours teardown. For weddings and major milestone events, 3–6 months ahead is advisable — popular Saturday dates in March, April, October, and November fill quickly. For birthday parties and baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, 6–12 weeks is generally sufficient, though shorter lead times may be possible for simpler setups. Confirm at the point of enquiry whether your preferred date is available and lock it in with a written contract and deposit. Ask about wet-weather or indoor contingency if any part of the setup is outdoors or in a semi-open space such as an HDB void deck, and clarify the rescheduling policy should circumstances change before the event.
The Singapore events industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — usually the date hold and design consultation — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if you need to cancel or reschedule. Also ask about public liability insurance, particularly if the setup is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue where the venue management may require a copy of the certificate before permitting installation. Balloon installations involving large structures or ceiling work carry a higher risk of accidental damage, so clarity on the insurance scope protects both parties.
