If there is an option of no star, i would pick that. Extremely disappointing service, we tried to rectify a mistake on the delivery date immediately after we made the order online, and for 2 whole days, totally no respond to all my messages left, emails sent nor answer the calls we made. Flowers were not just delivered at unwanted date, the blooms look so tired and brown around the edges. We are not trying to make things difficult but to have a decent transaction, we understand this is lockdown period, but if you notice that the quality of your flowers are not so good, as a service business, please at least have the decency to inform us, so we can decide whether to cancel order or proceed. But no, you guys totally kept quiet and just proceed with the delivery like there is no problem. Given the type of so-called service you guys rendered, I would really advice anyone who wishes to order from you guys, think twice, unless they wish to pay for withered bouquets to be delivered.
