Rubel and his team did an absolutely bang-up job for a conservation shophouse of more than 2,500sqft and managed to satisfy my requirements. He lead his team professionally and did a fantastic job of keeping me up to date constantly. Yes, we took a gamble after reviewing all of their lowest reviews but we did not regret engaging The Better Guys. Please maintain this standard, it is not easy to come by good and reliable companies these days.

I compared services across a few vendors. WhatsApp them and The Better Guys response is very prompt, clear! Was able to match the service on same day as well! I engaged for 3 seater leather sofa cleaning. My sofa has mild cracks already, and I know it cannot be restored. Nat explained clearly to me during the service. Amazing and thorough effort spent to clean my sofa with stains+ I am actually quite a particular person hence I seldom give 5 stars. But this time round, am impressed with the service. Special thanks for Nat and Min, the two staff who came down and cleaned my leather sofa! Sparkling clean now :) Will engage for other services next time!

Engaged this cleaning service and topped up for ceiling and floor deep cleaning. This is my second home, so I knew I definitely needed professionals, especially with so much carpentry. No regrets at all! They did a great job. They sent a team of five cleaners for my 5-room flat, and everyone was hardworking and very thorough. Communication on the ground was smooth and efficient. We engaged The Better Guys for a spring cleaning, and Rubel together with his team did an outstanding job. From the first enquiry with the admin team, communication was smooth and professional. On the actual cleaning day, before starting work, Rubel walked us through and clearly explained what would be covered, which gave us good assurance. They did a really thorough job, not just a quick surface clean. They paid attention to all the little details and made sure even the hard-to-reach spots were properly cleaned. They even helped move our heavy sofa to clean underneath. Nothing felt rushed or skipped. The team worked efficiently and handled everything with care. They were polite and respectful throughout the entire process, making the whole experience very pleasant 😊 Overall, we are very happy with the service and truly appreciate the effort Rubel and his team put in.
