Loving my balcony’s ziptrack. Desmond and his team did an amazing job. Previously my balcony would get wet during a heavy downpour. Now i am assured my balcony will stay 100% dry during the raining season. They also managed to maximize the balcony area. Even after putting a bike & laundry rack we’re still able to put in a coffee table. These days afternoon coffee breaks & evening wine sipping are now our favorite pastime there.
