I want to share how wonderful the nursing team and Dr. Mervin are at this clinic. I’ve always been afraid of blood tests, but my experience here was completely different. The nurse who took my blood was incredibly caring, gentle, and friendly. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and even checked on me afterward to make sure I was okay. Dr. Mervin is equally excellent—professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to his patients. Outstanding care from the entire team. Highly recommend!

This feedback is for the reception, not the doctor. I arrived around 5:25pm with an urgent case of diarrhea and asked if it was still possible to see a doctor or get some medication. The cashier was still open, and other patients were settling their bills with no one else in line. However, the receptionist (a lady with a ponytail and glasses) replied rather curtly that registration was already closed, even after I explained it was an emergency. I understand clinic policies, but a little empathy and flexibility would have been appreciated in that situation. Update: Thank you for your response. From what I saw online, the clinic closes at 5:30pm - there’s no mention that registration ends at 5:15. My review reflects my experience and is meant to highlight that the registration hours were unclear, especially for urgent cases. I would appreciate it if my feedback is taken constructively and kindly ask not to threaten me to take down my review. I hope this helps make the information clearer for future patients.

After entering the clinic, I was quickly seen by a doctor. The doctor in the second consultation room was very friendly and professional. However, the receptionist's attitude infuriated me. First, she couldn't clearly explain what documents she needed, her pronunciation was strange, and she kept rushing me without explaining how to find the necessary information. But she explain it to foreigners. I mean people from western countries. After I finished everything, she complained to the colleague next to me, "This patient really took me a long time." She also treated me differently, forcing later patients to see the doctor earlier.
