I wish I could give zero stars. As a Dakota resident, I am shocked by the condition of the lift—it looks like a sticker book. I don’t understand what the curtain house is trying to convey. I understand that flyer pasting is common in new BTOs, but has it really reached this extent? This is an inconsiderate and selfish way of advertising.

I found this shop on Carousell offering a 5-room flat package for day and blackout curtains at $1100, which I confirmed at their store. The price is all-in for pleated, ceiling-to-floor curtains (like those you see in hotels) and installation. While a 100% blackout option is $50 more, the default curtains are more than enough, even for a sunny room when used with a day curtain. Two months later, the quality holds up with smooth tracks and nice curtains. Just be prepared for a noisy and dusty one-hour installation. It's a no-frills service, so decide on your colour theme and whether you prefer a sheer or more 'opaque' day curtain beforehand. For the price and simplicity, I can't complain. This is my honest, unsponsored review.
