About The Floral Atelier
The Floral Atelier is a floral services provider operating islandwide from its base at Alexandra Road, Delta House. It has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. The provider holds a 4.0/5 rating across 71 Google reviews — a moderate sample that offers a reasonable signal of consistent service quality. Pricing sits in the mid-range ($$) with a package-based structure typical of the Singapore floral market.
Enquiries are best made via WhatsApp, phone, or the online contact form. For weddings and solemnisations, lead time of at least six to twelve weeks is advisable — bridal bouquets, ceremony arrangements, and reception table centrepieces are often designed as a cohesive set and require a consultation before a package is confirmed. For everyday and gifting occasions, two to four weeks is generally sufficient for bespoke arrangements. At the initial consultation, expect to discuss style references, colour palette, flower availability by season, venue dimensions for centrepieces, and whether setup and teardown at the event venue is included in the quoted package or billed separately. Confirm the delivery or setup window, travel charge for non-central venues, and the contingency policy for flowers affected by weather or last-minute supply issues.
To move forward, reach out via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, and a rough sense of the scope — a reference image or two helps — so The Floral Atelier can confirm availability and provide a package quote.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Bought a $140 vase and it came with discoloration. Doesn’t look like a brand new buy to me. It was also a little wet. Checked with the team if this was normal, they apologized and said this was the last piece so there would be no exchange. Felt that more could be done for service recovery. Update: After this review, i was offered a next purchase discount and also an exchange for a new vase. Appreciate the efforts.
The Floral Atelier took responsibility for mistakes on their end, which reinstated my trust in the business. I ordered a premium bouquet from The Floral Atelier for a friend's birthday in mid-July. When I found out that the bouquet had been delivered to the wrong address, the Floral Atelier responded promptly to ensure that the flowers arrived at the correct address the following day, which was understandable as I'd contacted them after business hours due to the 15 hour time difference between us. Unfortunately, the relief I felt was short-lived. I had assumed that they had made up a fresh bouquet for the second delivery as the flowers used were non-native and delicate, but it transpired that the original arrangement was simply retrieved from the first address and redelivered. More than 24 hours had elapsed in the meantime--the peonies, vibrantly coral the day before, had completely faded to white, and, compounding my dismay, I discovered that there were fewer peonies than I had expected/been promised. The bouquet the recipient finally held in her hands did not match the description of the arrangement on the website, nor did I get what I had paid for. Having purchased flowers online as gifts and for myself many times, and I am no stranger to the risks--substitute blooms, late or missed deliveries, arrangements not looking like the pictures on the website etc--but this was the first time I felt compelled to request a refund. I felt strongly that the bouquet 1. was moribund upon arrival and 2. did not contain the "premium" number of coral peonies were the result of mistakes made by the Floral Atelier and not my own. I had provided the correct address to begin with, and I did not harbour unrealistic expectations of the bouquet they described very clearly on their website. I am pleased to report that after comparing photos of the arrangement taken before, during and after the delivery, they apologized and agreed to issue me a refund. While the process was frustrating at times for both parties, I appreciate their willingness to engage and courtesy the entire time, and I look forward to becoming a return customer.
My hubs has been buying flowers from them since our dating days. Special occasions always mean flowers from the wonderful team at FA. Thanks to their suggestions, he always scores extra points from me. This time, I particularly love the double petal tulips. Tulips being my favourite flower they’ve outdone themselves with this arrangement so far. I love the creativity and attention to detail put in by the team. Two of the tulips were going limp as they were too short for the water in the vase. But no matter, some extra sugar water and spritz of water throughout the day perked them right up.
Premium prices, Budget substitutes! Ordered a Bloom Box and the end product was really disappointing. While the standard disclaimer “The photo shown is for reference only. We will always use the freshest seasonal flowers available.” was stated against every product in their online shop, one could reasonably expect in-season substitutes of about the same value, even if identical flowers could not be used because some are not in season. What my recipient got was a Bloom Box filled with cheap substitutes such as eustoma and other fillers, and the add insult to injury, some of these flowers were not even fresh. I sent an email to highlight my concerns. Waited for 3 whole days, they did not deign to reply. This leads me to conclude that service recovery is non existent as well. My first orders with them when they started business met my expectations. My most recent order prior to this one did not, I encountered the same issue of cheap substitutes. I wanted to give them one more try, hoping that the previous order was an exception. Alas! I should have brought my money elsewhere. Never again will I order from this place.
To date, they're probably still one of my favourite florists in Singapore. The premium vibes, luxurious offerings, and streamlined processes, make them really attractive. For someone who hates getting flowers (because of the short lifespan), I ended up getting my partner a Red Crystal Crown, part of their eternal series. It's not difficult to end up liking a bundle of 30 roses that don't end up dying the next week. Proper box, nice ribbon, makes an incredible anniversary gift!

Floral packages in Singapore typically run S$200–600 for bridal bouquets and bridesmaid bunches, S$300–1,200 for ceremony arch and aisle arrangements, and S$80–300 per table centrepiece for reception or event tables. Everyday and gifting arrangements generally start from S$80–200. The Floral Atelier uses a package-based pricing model, so the final figure depends on flower selection, volume, and scope of setup. Confirm in writing what each package includes: flower varieties and substitution policy if a stem is out of season, delivery and setup fee (particularly for non-central venues), deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), and the balance payment schedule. GST should be clarified upfront. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding and solemnisation florals, six to twelve weeks is the recommended minimum — popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill up earliest, and bespoke bridal work requires at least one design consultation before production begins. For corporate events, baby full-month celebrations, and styled shoots, four to six weeks typically suffices. For everyday gifting or same-week arrangements, check availability directly via WhatsApp, as lead time depends on current order volume and flower supply. Confirm whether your event date is held on enquiry or only secured once a deposit is paid, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case a venue or event date changes after booking.
The Singapore floral industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date and begin sourcing flowers. The deposit typically covers the design consultation, flower reservations, and planning hours. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers, whether it is refundable or transferable to a new date, and the cut-off point beyond which sourced flowers cannot be cancelled. For weddings, ask specifically about the policy if the event is postponed at short notice — reputable florists usually allow a single date change without forfeiting the deposit provided sufficient lead time is given. Also confirm whether public liability insurance is held, as some condo function rooms and hotel venues require a certificate from setup vendors before granting access.
