Enquire by event date and venue first, then discuss theme, colour palette, and the scale of the installation — whether that is a balloon arch, floral backdrop, full room transformation, or a combination. Confirm whether the quote is package-based or à la carte, what the deposit requirement is (typically 30–50% on signing with the balance due one to two weeks before the event), and the setup and teardown windows, as these are often separate from the venue's rented hours. Ask about a travel surcharge for non-central locations, and if any portion of the installation is outdoors, confirm the wet-weather contingency plan. For events at HDB void decks or condo function rooms, the venue may request a copy of a public liability insurance certificate — confirm whether The Floral Experience holds one.
To get started, reach out via phone or the enquiry form on the listing with your event date, venue, and a rough idea of the theme or style, and request a written quotation before confirming any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Had a nice and relaxing stroll at Floral Fantasy. It feels like a miniature version of the Flower Dome, making it easy to explore at a comfortable pace. The floral exhibits are colourful and whimsical — especially enjoyable for young children. The air-conditioned setting makes it a pleasant escape from Singapore’s heat, and it’s a lovely spot for a short family outing. Overall, a charming and cosy attraction for a relaxed visit.
Floral Fantasy feels like a quiet treasure tucked within Gardens by the Bay, a space where nature and imagination come together effortlessly. The moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by an atmosphere that is both tranquil and visually enchanting. Every section is thoughtfully curated, with artistic floral installations that highlight the grace of nature through creative design and delicate detailing. Walking through the garden feels like moving inside a living artwork. The colours are vibrant, the fragrances subtle yet refreshing, and the arrangements striking without feeling overwhelming. Each corner offers something unique, making it a wonderful place for photography, slow exploration, or simply pausing to admire the beauty around you. The layout is intuitive and fluid, allowing visitors to move easily while still discovering intimate, picturesque moments throughout the space. As a new indoor garden addition alongside the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, Floral Fantasy stands out for its collection of rare and exotic plant species, beautifully displayed in a compact yet immersive setting. While the garden itself is undeniably stunning, the overall visit feels quite brief — it takes roughly 15 minutes to cover the entire area. That said, the experience, though short, is memorable and leaves a lasting visual impression. Overall, Floral Fantasy offers a calming escape and a refreshing sensory experience. Whether you’re drawn to flowers, artful design, or peaceful environments, it’s a charming space that adds a unique dimension to the Gardens by the Bay experience.
We visited Floral Fantasy with the Little Pony theme, and it was a wonderful experience for our family. The place is full of colorful displays and beautifully designed photo spots, making it perfect for taking pictures together. The indoor area is cool and comfortable, which is great when visiting with children. The vibrant colors, flowers, and Little Pony decorations create a cheerful and magical atmosphere that instantly attracts kids. One of the highlights is the small waterfall inside, which looks beautiful and calming. Our children really enjoyed it and spent time admiring the water feature along with the surrounding flowers. Overall, Floral Fantasy is very kid-friendly, visually stunning, and a great place for families to relax and enjoy a colorful, fairytale like experience.
New indoor garden in addition to flower dome and cloud forest. Yes the garden was beautiful with dozens of rare and exotic floras. But the visit duration was too short just about 15 minutes for the whole area, and there's paid attraction inside the garden that should've be included with the ticket. For the price I paid, I think it's not worth the money.
Floral Fantasy is truly a hidden gem — an absolutely beautiful and artistically curated place that captures both nature’s elegance and human creativity. The atmosphere is serene and visually stunning, with every corner thoughtfully designed to create an immersive, aesthetic experience. The vibrant floral displays, creative arrangements, and intricate details reflect a perfect blend of art and nature. The space feels like walking through a living painting — colorful, fragrant, and full of charm. It’s ideal for photography, quiet reflection, or simply appreciating the beauty around you. The layout is well-planned, making it easy to explore while still offering intimate, picturesque spots throughout. Beyond its visual appeal, the overall ambiance is calming and refreshing — a perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. Whether you’re a flower enthusiast, an art lover, or just someone seeking a peaceful environment, Floral Fantasy is sure to leave a lasting impression.

The Floral Experience prices its decor and balloon work on a package basis, with the final figure depending on the type, scale, and complexity of the installation — a simple balloon cluster runs far less than a full floral-and-balloon backdrop or room-wide transformation. Singapore market norms for decor and balloon installations sit roughly in the S$300–1,500 range for standard setups, with premium or large-scale event styling running higher. Confirm the following in writing before paying any deposit: what is included in the package (number of pieces, dimensions, flowers or balloons or both), delivery and setup fee, teardown fee if applicable, travel surcharge for non-central venues, and GST. Ask whether the price locks in on signing or is subject to adjustment if materials costs change. See the full Decor & Balloons cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, 6–12 months ahead is the standard lead time for decor specialists — popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest. For birthday parties and baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, 6–12 weeks is usually sufficient, though in-demand setups and peak school-holiday weekends book out faster. Once you have a confirmed venue date, reach out immediately to check availability rather than waiting until the theme or guest list is finalised — the date hold is what matters first. Confirm whether the deposit secures the date exclusively or is refundable if you reschedule, and ask about the lead time required for any custom or bespoke elements that need to be ordered or prepared in advance.
Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to hold the event date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date reservation, design consultation, mock-up or sample work if offered — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if plans change. Ask about the rescheduling policy explicitly: most reputable decor vendors allow a date change within a reasonable window without forfeiting the deposit, but the terms vary. If the installation is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue, ask whether The Floral Experience holds public liability insurance and whether a certificate can be provided to the venue on request, as some venues require this before permitting setup.
