We had a great experience with Yan at the nursery. She was super patient and really helpful in suggesting low maintenance plants that suited what we were after. She took the time to explain things clearly and made everything feel easy. She was genuinely friendly and even gave us advice on plants we didn’t buy from them, which we really appreciated. Shoutout to Yan and Shahil. I just received my order and I couldn’t be more pleased. Service from Yan was exceptional. I had shortlisted several plants options and Yan was very patient in showing me the various versions in person and was able to clearly articulate which options were more suited to my preferences and requirements. I lost count of the number of times we walked up and down the shop comparing and contrasting the various plants I had in mind. There was no hard selling the whole time we were there. After I had shortlisted my preferred plant, Yan enlisted her colleague Shahil’s help to visualise how my preferred plant would look in the different planters available. This really helped me to visualise the eventual look and definitely made it easy to confirm my purchase. Delivery was also fast and prompt. Ordered on Monday, delivered by Wednesday. While Yan and Shahil encountered some difficulty with the security, they were able to navigate this complexity and ensured a smooth delivery. I am very pleased with the entire experience and happy with my plant. Will definitely come back if the opportunity to add more plants ever presents itself.

Dropped by The Nursery today and spent some time browsing their selection. They have a really nice variety and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I picked out a Curly Weeping Fig from outside, and they repotted it into the ASKEL ceramic pot I’d chosen. The prices are very reasonable compared to other similar plant shops. I can’t recommend The Nursery enough!
