We were very grateful to have had our son evaluated by 'The Gifted Lab' and be put in the care of Dr. Wilson Chan, initially, when he was just 7 years old. The entire process was smooth and professional. Ms. Polene was also very pleasant, proactive and responded in an efficient and timely manner with follow ups and gentle reminders. On the day of the appointment the doctor ensured that our son felt comfortable and at ease with taking the assessments in a calm and encouraging environment. The reports were extremely thorough, following professional standards, very detailed and comprehensive and greatly helped make his life much easier in his primary and secondary schools going forward. We signed up again for another round of updated assessments 7 years later to ensure he is given the necessary provisions in his upcoming IGCSE board exams. Dr. Chan was professional, collaborative and super prompt and his recommendations will go a long way to ensure our son fares as well as he possibly can to his maximum potential. I was referred to Giftedlab at their Bt Timah location years ago and followed them to One North. Dr Chan and Polene and Tr Jac are some of the kindest people I know. Dr Chan's assessment and report for my child is so detailed as compared to public hospitals'- I almost cried when I saw the effort put in for my child. There is a reason why so many kids stayed with them for years! I like to think we are friends instead of clients by now :)
