The bulk of The Helping Hand's bookings cover Moving Services. Because this is a focused home services operation, most jobs are scoped over WhatsApp first — photos of the issue, property type, and preferred slot — before a price is quoted.
The Helping Hand covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. They're ACRA-registered under 53021329W and have been verified by KakiList, which adds a layer of accountability beyond anonymous review aggregators. Google reviewers currently give The Helping Hand a solid average of 4.1/5 across 206 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a home services provider.
To move forward with The Helping Hand, WhatsApp is the most efficient channel: describe the problem, share a photo if applicable, and mention your location. KakiList doesn't charge either party, so the quote you receive is the quote the provider actually offers.
Office staff was great but movers were okay. Just seem not so happy. am not very pleased with the service. Right from the beginning the lead person Jon was very disruptive first saying they all need to wear shoes as he came inside my house as he read my sign that said no shoes. No hello nothing but argumentative right off the bat. Kept complaining during the move asking how come we only got quoted for so little and asking who was our site survey person, in which I didnt say out of respect for the person. Other worker complaining while working that our place is so narrow hallways. Very lazy as ever my box was labeled for a reason to transport it to a particular room and as I’m unpacking I’m finding many boxes still on the same floor. Lazy didn’t want to take it up and shoved it in the one room in basement which that made me very upset as I paid good money for it to be moved to where I want it. Movers made many marks and gashed my walls in both homes as right now it’s a very stressful time in trying to check out of my place with walls just being painted and to have them leave marks on them made me very upset.
Engaged The Helping Hand to help with my move last week on the 27 Feb, and they were awesome! It was a 4-man team led by Samuel, nice and patient. His team members was also really friendly and it was a smooth move. Had small convos throughout and they are understanding and helpful, also helped to keep items safe and asked where we wanted each item placed in the new place! The landlord is a very bad person, keep scolding people and doesn't allow them to use the dolly so I did feel bad and paiseh to let them hand-carry all the heavy stuff from the master bedroom all the way out to the unit before they could use the dolly, but they handled it well without complaining and all so 辛苦了 and kudos to them for that and thank you team! Overall, it was a great experience and I’d def recommend and support them. I know there are some negative reviews, but this is actually my second time engaging them alrd. The first time wasn’t bad either, friendly and polite, just a bit rougher when handling my items... I guess it really depends on the team you get...but this samuel's team was great. 👍😊
We had an amazing experience with the team today. The manpower was incredible — a full 11-person team, and everything moved quickly and efficiently. The team was very responsive, including the operations side, which made coordination smooth and stress-free. The movers were in great spirits throughout the move and never complained, even with stairs involved. What really stood out to me was seeing a mix of older and younger movers working together. I was genuinely happy and thankful to see older workers still given the opportunity to earn an honest living, and it was heartening to see the younger team members supporting them. It truly reflects a company culture that values people and does not discriminate. This was my first time engaging Helping Hand, and it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommended.
We had a great experience today with Mr Bobby and his team! Moving is stressful and tiring enough, and the team’s professionalism today was really helpful for us. Besides being pleasant and friendly, the team was also careful and efficient, willing to go the extra mile to help keep our belongings safe during the move. On top of that, costs are really reasonable and supports a great cause. We’re really impressed by the service delivered today. A big thank you to Mr Bobby and his guys!
Ordered several sets of CNY goodies after trying their pineapple tarts. Good stuff; friendly and helpful service when I went to collect my order.

The Helping Hand will usually ask for a few details (photos, location, preferred time) before quoting a firm figure — this avoids surprise charges on the day.
