Clinic staff can be quite mean to patients. They don’t seem to want to do their job when it comes to medicine collection, communicating with doctor, and assisting with insurance claims. This is especially during times when they know they can get away with it. Their attitude makes a simple process rather difficult, especially for patients who truly need assistance. When the matter was told to the doctor, he turned defensive and started hinting that “other patients send them gifts”. So people who don’t send gifts will be treated poorly?? Don’t worry, karma will have its way.

Dr Ho is a nice doctor with his patience, details to attention ,responsible and willing to share more information. He can think from point of view of a patient , he hears his patient. He will not ask us to spend unnecessary money or go through unnecessary test. Although my mum was there to check the kidney, but Dr Ho noticed my mum's abnormal heart beat when he tried to check her blood pressure ,so he immediately refer us to ECG and then we realize the medicine of the blood pressure caused the heart beat slower. Luckily Dr Ho told us , otherwise my mum could still taking the same medicine which can caused her collapse. i felt Dr Ho is a doctor with good knowledge , kind heart and considerate. Highly recommend!
