Very disappointing experience. The clinic completely failed to manage my expectations or communicate properly. They kept blaming Parkway instead of taking responsibility or giving clear updates. Before my visit, I was told the hormone blood test would take 1 working day, but after the draw it became 2–3 days. I did it on Wednesday and was told Monday morning the results were ready — then later after 3pm they said there was an issue with Parkway and didn’t know when the report would be released. After that, they stopped replying to my messages, even though I had emphasized the urgency. Poor communication and coordination caused me a lot of stress and delays.

I highly recommend Dr. Tan Shu Qi! Before meeting her, I had seen two gynaecologists at other clinic, and I must say she is the best! I am so glad I had the chance to meet her. She genuinely cares about her patients and is always incredibly encouraging. She delivered my first child at KKH 5 years ago. After over 36 hours of induction, I was frustrated with the slow progress and asked for a C-section. Dr. Tan reassured me, encouraged me to keep going, and thanks to her support, I was able to deliver naturally. Every appointment with her has been a great experience. She never rushes, always takes the time to listen, and provides thoughtful advice and guidance. When I became pregnant with my second child, there was no doubt I would return to her. Even when she moved from KKH to the O&G Specialist Clinic at Thomson halfway through my pregnancy, I followed her, and I’m so glad I did. Two weeks ago, I delivered my second child naturally, also via induction. Dr. Tan mentioned the second delivery would be faster, and she was right. When I struggled with pushing, she encouraged me again, saying I didn’t need a vacuum yet and to keep trying—her words made all the difference. She always makes you feel valued and supported.
