About The Photo Booth Baby
The Photo Booth Baby is a photo booth and baby celebrations specialist operating islandwide from its Funan showroom. It is KakiList-verified, though no ACRA registration has been confirmed. With 1,933 Google reviews at 4.8 out of 5, the rating reflects a robust sample and consistent client feedback across a large number of bookings.
For baby full-month, 100-day, and baby shower events, the typical journey begins with an enquiry by event date, venue, and headcount — confirmed well in advance, as popular weekend slots fill quickly. The team at Funan can walk you through booth styles, backdrop options, print layouts, and prop selections suited to the celebration's theme. Confirm whether the package is à la carte or bundled, what the deposit and balance schedule look like, whether delivery, setup, and teardown are included within the quoted time window, and whether there is a travel surcharge for non-central or landed venues. For HDB void deck or condo function room setups, ask whether public liability insurance documentation is available, as some venues require a copy before permitting setup.
Contact The Photo Booth Baby via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form, or visit the showroom at Funan (#02-11) to view booth options in person before committing to a package.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Great space for those needing privacy and know what you want. Sharing in the context of needing some fresh professional headshots for myself: I came prepared with a moodboard of poses to refer to, seeing as there is a time limit, this is super helpful to get the shots you want. I also HIGHLY recommend testing the different backdrops, more so because the lighting differs slightly between rooms. I had pre-booked online with the grey backdrop in the beginning, and had to switch rooms due to a technical error halfway through my session, and actually preferred the lighting in the other room I switched to instead! For reference, the first image is unedited (soft lighting, LOVE) and the right image also unedited was when I was in the original room I had chosen (made me look a little overexposed). So I'd recommend asking to test the lighting when you arrive before finalising a room :)
I am absolutely in love our fam photos! We had fun snapping as much as we like posing here and there. And the best part we get to have all the photos we took.
It was my first time visiting this photobooth after seeing so many good reviews, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The staff on duty was unfriendly and seemed more interested in chatting with her friend who came to the counter than attending to us. We had to interupt their conversatiom midway through just to clarify questions regarding our appointment as she was focusing on her own conversation instead. When we finished taking our photos, the shutter to the store was already halfway down, so we couldn’t access the counter from the front. I went to the side to pass her our slip of paper, but she responded rudely and said, “Can you not come so near me,” in a harsh tone. I found this very unprofessional and unnecessary, especially since I was just trying to hand her the slip. It really dampened what was supposed to be a fun experience. I hope the management looks into this and ensures customers are treated with more courtesy in the future.
Got a chance to try out thanks to a voucher. Interesting concept where you get 30mins within the studio with prefix lighting types (neon, beach, white background etc). Props are included and you get to take unlimited pictures within the time frame. Though it’s not a huge studio place, it can comfortably fit 4-5 ppl within the frame.
Came by courtesy of a complimentary basic package given by our friends, and was clearly the least prepared group amongst those who are there (in terms of clothing) 🤣 📸 That said, we quickly ran out of ideas on how to pose in the photo booth, even with props made available to us. But the clock ran down rather quickly despite us thinking we had more than enough time. While it was a fun experience to be had, I personally wouldn’t pay $30 for what it was - glad that we are able to try this for free! 👍🏻

The Photo Booth Baby uses package-based pricing. For baby celebrations — full-month, 100-day, and baby shower events — photo booth packages in Singapore typically range from S$300 to S$2,000 depending on rental duration, booth style, print format, backdrop, and prop inclusions. Itemise before signing: deposit required on booking (typically 30–50%), balance due 1–2 weeks before the event, hours of coverage, number of prints or digital copies, delivery and setup fee, teardown timing, and any travel surcharge for venues outside the central region. GST may apply depending on the company's GST registration status — confirm this in writing. See the full Baby Celebrations cost guide for Singapore →
For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, booking 6–12 weeks ahead is advisable for in-demand weekend slots, particularly on Saturdays. If your event falls on a long-weekend or public holiday, extend that lead time further. Popular photo booth specialists with strong review volumes — as The Photo Booth Baby has — tend to book out faster than average, so enquiring as soon as the event date is fixed is the safest approach. Confirm whether the date is formally secured only on receipt of the deposit, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case your venue or timing changes — newborn and baby event dates sometimes shift at short notice.
Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to hold the date, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, design consultation, backdrop customisation, prop preparation — and whether it is refundable or transferable if the event is postponed or cancelled. Ask about the rescheduling policy if a venue cancellation or unforeseen circumstance forces a date change, and how far in advance you need to notify them. For setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel event spaces, ask whether The Photo Booth Baby carries public liability insurance and whether a certificate can be provided to the venue on request — some venues require this before permitting external vendors to set up.
