I am beyond grateful to be under the care of Dr.Jendana. I visited her clinic late last year after discovering a lump, and she immediately performed an ultrasound. When she gently but honestly told me it could be serious, I teared up. She looked me in the eyes and said, “But you’re going to be okay. Trust me. I’m here to support you through this.” From that moment on, I knew I was in the right hands. Dr.Jen quickly arranged my biopsies and made sure the process was as painless and manageable as possible. Once the results came back, she scheduled my surgery at the earliest opportunity. Everything was well organized, and my recovery went smoothly. Even my radiation therapist commented on how well the surgery was done, saying, “Your surgeon did a very good job.” Her skill and attention to detail truly show. What I was facing was a very serious and scary situation, yet she handled everything with such calm, warmth, and genuine kindness that I never once felt overwhelmed or afraid. It was my first time being referred to a major hospital with a breast ultrasound report requiring further evaluation, and I was extremely anxious. However, the moment I stepped into Dr. Jendana’s clinic, from being welcomed by Sophia to meeting Dr. Jendana herself, everything completely changed. Everyone was professional, patient, meticulous, and provided the emotional support and strength that patients truly need. Dr. Jendana is exceptionally gentle, patient, professional, steady, and thorough. Her patient-centered approach is outstanding, and in my view, she leads one of the finest medical teams I have ever encountered. During the subsequent day surgery, every member of the care team—including the nurses, radiology staff, surgeons, and the anesthesia team—carried themselves with professionalism and warm smiles. The discharge instructions, arrangements, and explanations were also delivered with great care and detail. The word “biopsy” scared the hell out of me when I first heard it. Dr Jendana must have noticed that my face turned green. She was extremely endearing, walked over and gave me a comforting hug 🥺 Even during my procedure, she felt like a god sent angel by my side to make the whole process less daunting. If you are now googling for a breast specialist, you are in luck 🍀 I highly recommend Dr Jendana. What is amazing is that she had a great team! Sophia, her assistant, worked round the clock sending and responding to messages even after office hours to ensure that all paperwork was in order and the surgery could be proceeded soonest. The first time I met Dr Eugene Ong (their radiologist) for a repeat ultrasound, he was very jovial and made my day. He was like a happy pill that made me sleep better after seeing him that day. Though my meetup with Dr Tan Wah Tze (the Anaesthetist) was “fast and furious” 🤭, he came across as a warm and soft spoken person. Thanks for making sure I had a short good sleep taking away all pain and anxieties. I really needed that. Truely blessed to have Dr Jendana, Dr Eugene Ong, Dr Tan Wah Tze and Sophia throughout this roller coaster journey.
