The team is so professional and efficient. Thanks for making our move much more pleasant . From the beginning they were clear with rates and what was and was not included unlike some other companies which kept avoiding a straightforward quote. Boxes were sent as agreed and additional packing paper and bubble wrap were sent later when we requested for it. The team arrived on time and we're great at packing the items up and cling wrapping them up safely and helping us with all the loose items we have lying around. Even though my new place required manual pushing a slight distance, they managed to do it quite quickly once they arrived. All in all we would totally recommend the trio movers if you intend to move homes.

Had a really smooth and stress-free moving experience with this team. From before the move to after, their service was excellent. The movers were quick, patient, helpful and very hardworking, with great organisation. We were still packing the last few things when they arrived, but they were fast in thinking and helped us sort everything out on the spot, including heavy and bulky items like our piano and fridge. They were also very friendly and calm throughout, which made the whole process much easier for us. Communication was easy via WhatsApp, and they even helped us fix our bed after the move. Great value for money too, another mover quoted almost double. Highly recommend, and we would definitely use their service again!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND – especially if you have valuable or heavy-duty goods. ​I chose Trio Movers because the supervisor - Xavier pride his team as being highly professional and "very religious," while.moving all deities and promising that every single item would be bubble-wrapped for protection. This turned out to be a complete bait-and-switch. ​The Issues: ​Broken Promises: They began moving my items without any wrapping at all. Items were kept outside my neighbour's corridor that constricted the walkway. It wasn’t until I had to mention that i would withhold the balance payment that they finally started doing what they were contracted to do. ​Zero Accountability: At the new location, I requested time to check box numbers as they were brought in—a standard practice to ensure nothing is missing. However the movers told me "No cannot! You can check it later" very rudely. ​Verbally Abusive Staff: When I insisted on checking the boxes (since it's impossible to track missing items once everything is piled up), one of the movers immediately started spewing vulgarities at me. I actually had to tell them to stay out of my house because I felt so disrespected in my own home. ​Poor Leadership: While the supervisor, Xavier, eventually stepped in to mitigate the situation and get the movers under control, he did so with a sarcastic attitude when I provided feedback.

Very happy with Xavier and the Trio Movers team. They were upfront with their pricing, with a site survey done first. Everything including distance push, number of trips etc. was priced in upfront which made the moving day more pleasant. On the way, the team was very friendly and accommodating, helping to dismantle and assemble what was pre-discussed, doing everything with speed and positivity. Will definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy mover without needing to worry about hidden costs. Unlike many of the previous movers we went with, who might quote lower but end up charging more for extra loads and distance push, etc.
