We are glad that we had Engaged The Wedding Props for our venue decorations. Having Edel, was one of the best choices we had made for our wedding dinner. She is very accommodating & efficient. It was during Covid-19 peak when we engaged her service, she is prompt in entertaining all our enquiries and didn't shortchange us in quality although we paying her at a promotional rate. The set up on the day itself is really exceeded my expectation, especially the fairy lights platform stage!!! 👍🏼 All of our Relatives and friends love the decorations! I love how the tear down team swiftly tear down everything and wrapped our pictures nicely for us to bring back. Really highly recommended TWP !!!
Was asking for quotes and stuff, and sincerely wanted them to help me with the decorations. I was late in replying as I was hospitalized. However, they ghosted me and even with 3 emails asking them to follow up, even going to WhatsApp them, they didn't bother reply to my email. Response is slow as well. Unprofessional. If you do not want my business just let me know so I don't have to keep waiting for your response. Now I know, I definitely do not want them their services. Who knows if they'll ghost me on my big day. Also I paid for another company who did them for much cheaper and better services. Wouldn't recommend.
The Wedding Props, if were to use 3 words to describe them: Efficient, Creative & Prompt. Engaged Edel was one of the best choices we made for our wedding lunch. We told her that we wanted constellation for the theme and she sticked very closely to it and produced the result more than my expectation! 👍🏼 Relatives and friends love the decorations! The team was also fast in tearing down, and they even wrapped all our pictures nicely and put aside for us. Last but not least, she kept and gave us back our Angbao as one of the guest was very late! Thanks for being honest! I honestly would love to recommend to anyone if they would need decor for their event! 😉
