Came here today 9 Nov Sunday at around 6.20pm. I love saffiano leather so I decided to get their journal. Staff was friendly and helpful in the personalization process. There was a sale which was great too. I paid, gave them my contact and staff said they would text me when it's ready for collection (supposedly 40 min). However I never heard from them at all so I finally went back at 7.30pm, almost 1 hour later. The staff said she already pressed the button to inform me but it didn't work as I got no text. I checked the front of the journal- it was as i wanted and I left. When i got home, I opened the journal and found to my disappointment that it was lined. I had told the staff I wanted my journal inside to be blank, not lined. Pls ask your staff to check carefully when processing orders; and to fix your notification system too. 2 stars off.
I was looking for business gifts for my clients - something high end in look and feel. This set was absolutely perfect. The black leather feels good to the touch, the seams are crisp and most importantly, the monogram is pressed into the leather - not a vinyl sticker! Customer service was excellent - quick to reply even from halfway around the world. The production time was speedy and my order shipped out within 2 days of payment. Overall, I would highly recommend these items and this shop. Note: this was my packing.

A nice customisation shop for gifting and I am pleasantly surprise that they have a good CRM system and reminded customers on birthday cash rebates and that somehow create interest and loyalty for the past purchasers. Got a nice book with personalised name. Very happy with their thoughtful packaging as well !
