I had a pleasant experience at Thomson breast center, although the first visit is usually worrying for any woman. Dr Tan and her team were very assuring to my concerns and they were so readily to clear my queries at any time. I noticed they were consistent in their service to every patient. The front desk always follows up promptly with the next visit, especially receptionist Lisa who always wears a big smile. Service is good and Doctor is experienced. I know I'm in good hands.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your clinic, despite the generally pleasant environment. My experience with Dr. Germaine was nothing short of the worst I have ever encountered. Not only was she consistently late for appointments, but her consultation lasted a mere 2-3 minutes, which is utterly inadequate for any meaningful medical assessment. To add to my frustration, I was charged an exorbitant fee of 400 SGD for this extremely brief and unsatisfactory(1-2mis) consultation. This level of service is unacceptable and falls far below the standard expected of a professional healthcare provider. Hope this feedback may make it better.
