Visited for a gynae consultation and was taken aback by a consultation surcharge of $50 upon receiving the bill. Was apparently told by the front desk staffs that it is the patient’s own responsibility to read the extremely fine prints on the table that if consultation exceeded 20minutes (including scans) then a surcharge will be imposed. Time is calculated from the minute patient enters the room which is beyond comprehension. After the scans, our consultation was only 10 minutes. Staffs attitude were also below par in handling this situation. Unlikely to visit again.

Our couple visited the Fertility Centre in May 2025 for a check-up. We paid the full bill during our visit according to the invoice provided. However, after three months, the centre emailed me asking to pay a registration fee that should have been charged during the visit. I have never experienced this kind of situation before. Since we already completed all the check-ups in May, it was surprising to suddenly receive this request. If the registration fee was required, it should have been informed and included in the invoice at the first visit.

We scheduled our appointment months in advance, and only received an email one day before the appointment informing us that the doctor was not available. The reason given was that the doctor was unable to book the clinic. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of time and emotional investment involved in. We expected a much higher level of professionalism and better communication. Very poor experience.

Visited the clinic last year and took up their fertility test package. Experience was pretty meh. Firstly, the nurses asked me for personal documents again even though these were provided before. Nurses did not seem to be passionate about their job. Secondly, the male doctor did not act professionally and often made frivolous jokes to “lighten” the mood such as “just have sex”, “got do or not?”, which I don’t think most people would appreciate. This is especially so when it comes to medical aspect. Thirdly, there is additional charge for weekend appointments, which was not informed upfront when offering package.
