Is a place that join with Shopping Mall. Nice view at the waiting area. Many scanning room. The place is clean and spacious. Been here twice for baby scanning. Attended by 2 different person doing scanning. Both are experienced, knowledgeable & friendly. However the receptionist or counter staff face look very serious & fierce. As a customer services person, Please often showing your smiling face so that we can feel more friendly.

Thankfully my experience with them was a pleasant one. Front staff were nice and friendly and my sonographers for 13 and 20 weeks scan were experienced. Both times we didn’t have to wait long and we were scanned at the scheduled timing. Special shout out to Mdm Kereen Bok who scanned me at 20 weeks, she was very motherly and assuring.

We had a positive experience with the technician who performed our ultrasound yesterday. However, we were not permitted to take photos during the session, which we understood, as we were informed that the facility would provide the images via an SMS link on the same day. Unfortunately, it has now been over 24 hours, and we have yet to receive the promised link. Despite multiple attempts to contact the facility, we have only been told that they have been “trying to contact us,” though no SMS or follow-up communication has been received. This has been particularly disappointing, as we intended to use the photos to share important news with friends and family. It was already disappointing to leave without a physical copy, and the continued delay without any confirmation or update has compounded that disappointment. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this location. The Paragon branch appears to have stronger reviews and may be a more reliable option.
