Enquire by sharing your event date, venue, and expected headcount so the team can confirm availability and recommend the right entertainment package. Scope and style should be discussed early — whether this is a children's birthday party, a baby full-month or 100-day celebration, a corporate function, or a wedding reception will shape the format, duration, and any additional equipment or permits required. Ask about the deposit required to secure the date (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule, and the travel charge if the venue falls outside the central area. If any portion of the event is outdoors or at an HDB void deck or condo function room, confirm whether public liability insurance is in place and whether the venue management requires a copy of the certificate. Put the full scope, deliverables, and rescheduling terms in writing before signing.
To take the next step, reach out to Three Little Birds Singapore with your event date, venue address, and a brief description of what you have in mind, and ask for a written package proposal so you can compare inclusions and pricing before committing.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Came here on a public holiday and they were open! Friendly service and happy hour with tap beers are decent. (See menu) the added bonus of this place is that the bar snacks are air fried ! Still crispy and tasty and some less guilt attached. But if a random location but was in the area after doing archery down the road. Had a good conversation with the bar staff and they’ve been here for a year sounds like they have a good local ground round this area.
Located at ibis budget hotels (West Coast) Outdoor seating, sells snacks, beer, tea and juice not exactly a place for a full meal. Would recommend as an after meal place. Very accessible as there is a bus stop located right in front of it. On top of that, really good customer service! Overall, it's a nice place to drink and chill with friends provided the weather is cooling.
Great place to have a drink. Place is situated at Ibis Hotel Pasir Panjang. Price was fair. Owner is friendly. Outdoor seating only. Limited finger food are available.
Great little bar. Cash only. Happy hour on beer till 8. They make their own beer. Nice guys. Will come back and try food too next time. Outdoor seating only so little bit hot. But worth it. Come check it out.
Hugely underrated! The beer is good, food is surprisely good coming from a nonexistent kitchen. I also liked the cocktail Westcoast Sour.

Three Little Birds Singapore prices its entertainment services as packages, with pricing indicated at the mid-range tier. Singapore market norms for event entertainment vary by format: DJ or emcee slots typically run S$600–2,000+ for a standard event window, live performers and bands S$1,500–3,000+, and children's entertainers or party packages S$500–2,500 depending on duration and inclusions. When reviewing any proposal, confirm what is itemised within the package: number of hours covered, equipment and props included, setup and teardown time, travel charge for non-central venues, and GST. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard to secure the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. See the full Entertainment cost guide for Singapore →
Lead time depends on the event type. For weddings and corporate events, popular entertainment providers book out six to twelve months ahead, particularly for peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November. For children's birthday parties, baby full-month celebrations, and smaller private events, six to twelve weeks is generally sufficient, though in-demand acts can fill up faster during school holidays. For any event with an outdoor element — an HDB void deck, a condo pool deck, or a garden venue — ask about the wet-weather contingency plan, as entertainment setups that depend on equipment or staging can be affected by rain. Confirm whether the date hold is formalised by the deposit or a written agreement, and avoid relying on verbal commitments.
The Singapore events industry standard is a non-refundable deposit of 30–50% on signing, which secures the date and typically covers initial planning, administration, and any materials preparation. The remaining balance is usually due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what exactly the deposit covers and whether it is transferable to a rescheduled date if circumstances change. Cancellation terms vary by provider. Ask specifically whether the deposit is fully non-refundable on cancellation, or whether a portion is retained only if cancellation falls within a short window before the event date. Also clarify the rescheduling policy in the event of a venue closure, public-health restriction, or force-majeure situation. For setups at HDB void decks or condo function rooms, confirm whether Three Little Birds Singapore holds public liability insurance and whether the venue management requires a copy of that certificate before granting setup access.
