Engaged TK electricians to replace my Pendent lights with a ceiling fan. The job requires relocating my electrical point and some concealing works, and ceiling fan installation. Pros: - Prices and quotation were transparent and appointment was prompt. - Electricians were punctual and courteous. - Care was taken in protecting floor and furniture during the works. Cons: - There were issues with the installation, the fan was wobbly and not well balanced. Electrician tried to rectify by tightening the bolts many times but could not resolve it. Edit: TK electrician has contacted me to follow up on the wobbly installation. The customer recovery was prompt. They maintained accountability to ensure the job is done properly, and not charging for the services which were not fulfilled up to expectations.
