About Tomato Photo Studio
Tomato Photo Studio is a photography and videography provider operating islandwide across Singapore, bookable via WhatsApp, phone, or online form. It holds a 5/5 rating across 460 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent client satisfaction. Packages are available at a mid-range price point, though specific rates are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly.
Enquiring is straightforward: start by sharing your event date, venue, and headcount so the studio can confirm availability and recommend the right package. Whether you are planning a wedding, baby full-month celebration, 100-day milestone, birthday, or corporate event, it is worth discussing coverage hours, number of edited deliverables, turnaround time for final files, and whether both photography and videography can be bundled. Clarify the deposit required on signing — typically 30–50% to secure your date — with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. For weddings in particular, popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out earliest, so six to twelve months of lead time is advisable. Ask about the setup and travel arrangements for non-central venues, wet-weather contingency for outdoor shoots, and whether a second shooter is available for larger events.
To take the next step, reach out via WhatsApp or the online enquiry form with your event date and a brief description of your requirements, and request a written package breakdown before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
We had a wonderful multi-generation photoshoot at Tomato Photo with my grandma, parents, brother, my wife, and my baby daughter. It was such a meaningful experience capturing three generations together. Photographer Hart was excellent throughout the session — very friendly, patient, and professional. He guided us clearly and created a relaxed, comfortable environment for everyone, including my elderly grandma and young baby. What impressed us most was how effortlessly he managed to make my daughter smile and laugh for the camera. The entire shoot felt smooth and enjoyable, and we truly appreciated Hart’s attention to detail and warmth. Highly recommend Tomato Photo and Photographer Hart for family and multi-generation photoshoots!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hart shot my eldest as a newborn 12 years ago, and those photos captured the special moments of him as a newborn so well that it was an easy decision to have him shoot my youngest. Hart was calm and funny throughout the shoot and made the entire session feel effortless and comfortable for our family of 5. He is also an expert handling and soothing the baby. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful, and once again exceeded our expectations. We are really glad we trusted Hart again for this shoot…
We had an amazing experience with Tomato Photo Studio. Initially, we planned for an outdoor photoshoot, but Hart thoughtfully suggested doing it indoors due to the erratic weather and the convenience of having four young children. It turned out to be the perfect decision for both the kids and parents. Hart guided us patiently throughout the session and took the time and effort to get to know us and our little stories. This made a huge difference — our photos were taken with great care, capturing not just beautiful shots but also the untold stories behind our smiles. The photos turned out absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended!
My family and I just had our graduation photoshoot with Hart in end November! Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience from start to end :) Hart is extremely professional and was able to capture all of us in the best condition in his comfortable studio! Apart from this, he was able to arrange the selected photos very well in our album with no changes requested on our end. Lastly, his service is excellent as the duration from the liaison process to the time of delivery only took 2 weeks! This experience has made us realise the importance of finding a good photographer who is able to capture the best memories for us. We will not hesitate to recommend anyone to Hart for his service! :)
Hart is my go to when I want to capture the most important moments and people in my life. From family pictures to my corporate shoots, he has never let me down. Apart from the sheer quality of his photography, it's his professionalism and good humour that make him my preferred photographer.

Tomato Photo Studio uses a package pricing model, though specific rates are not publicly listed — you will need to enquire directly for a quote tailored to your event type, coverage hours, and deliverables. As a market reference, wedding full-day photography in Singapore typically runs S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+, and combined photo-and-video bundles can reach S$8,000–15,000+ depending on the studio and scope. Kids' birthday and baby full-month packages tend to sit lower at S$500–2,500 for photography. Itemise before signing: deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), balance payment schedule, total hours of coverage, number of edited images or video duration, turnaround time, and any travel charge for non-central venues. Lead time depends heavily on your event type. For weddings, six to twelve months ahead is the norm for reputable photographers and videographers — popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest. If your date is within three months and falls on a weekend, check availability immediately. For baby full-month or 100-day shoots, six to twelve weeks is generally sufficient, though in-demand studios book up faster during festive periods. Birthday and corporate event photography can often be arranged with four to eight weeks' lead time. Confirm whether the deposit locks in your specific date and photographer, rather than just a slot in the studio's general calendar — this matters most for weddings and multi-session packages.
The Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — usually the date hold and any pre-event consultations or planning hours — and whether it is refundable or transferable to another date if you need to reschedule. Deposits are typically non-refundable for cancellations but may be transferable if you give sufficient notice. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy in the event of weather disruption for outdoor shoots or unforeseen circumstances. For weddings and larger events, also ask whether Tomato Photo Studio carries public liability insurance, which some venues — particularly HDB void decks, condo function rooms, and hotel ballrooms — require vendors to produce before setup.
