New clients typically begin with a first consultation, during which the practitioner takes a case history, reviews presenting complaints (back pain, neck pain, headaches, postural issues, sports injuries, or referred nerve symptoms), and may conduct a physical or orthopaedic assessment before any spinal adjustment is performed. Chiropractic in Singapore is not yet governed by a statutory licensing board equivalent to AHPC, so voluntary credentials and professional association membership (such as the Chiropractic Association of Singapore) are the primary credibility markers to ask about. Clarify whether the chiropractor holds a recognised degree from an accredited institution (typically a 5-year Doctor of Chiropractic), and confirm whether a care plan with a defined number of sessions is recommended or whether treatment is open-ended. Single sessions, packages, and recurring maintenance schedules are all common — ask what suits your condition.
To take the next step, call the clinic or submit an enquiry form to ask about first-consultation availability, fee structure, and the practitioner's qualifications before booking.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
The clinic is clean and the service is excellent. The reception staff is professional, responsive, friendly and efficient. They greet and they smile. Dr. Dino is amazing. Not only is he friendly and helpful when addressing concerns, he is also empathetic and knowledgeable. He is gentle in his adjustments and I appreciate that he is very encouraging. He would go the extra mile to offer specific tips and suggestions for improvement, without being pushy. Thank you all so much at Total Health Chiropractic.
Dr Dino is very patient and gentle which made me feel at ease and not nervous with the adjustments. I have very stiff neck and the adjustments made me feel better. I consulted him on other injuries and he gave me genuine and sound advices. I appreciate the kind reception staff who are always so welcoming and friendly, they even entertain my children. This kind of service is rare and makes the environment a positive and happy one! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs chiropractic treatment.
Total Health clinic has a very cheerful and happy environment. I really appreciate Dr Dino being patient and reassuring about my progress. He would take the time to explain my symptoms and any discomfort that I might feel. He is also patient and encouraging in addressing my concerns and any questions that I have. Besides that, I was also always greeted by Yen Ling, Faizah and a young guy during my visits and they are very helpful and welcoming. I look forward for my weekly visits 😊
Dr. Dino provided outstanding chiropractic care for my mom. From the very first visit, he was professional, attentive, and truly took the time to understand her condition. His treatments made a noticeable difference in her pain and mobility, and he always explained everything clearly so we felt confident in the care she was receiving. The office atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was kind and accommodating. We’re very grateful to Dr. Dino for his expertise and compassion, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent chiropractic care.
Been coming to this chiro clinic for about a year already, and honestly very happy with the service. Receptionist always so friendly and welcoming, make you feel comfortable the moment you step in. The doctor also very patient and knowledgeable — never rush, always explain properly and adjust according to what you need. Every visit I feel better after. Good service, good people, good vibes. Definitely recommend 👍

Total Health Chiropractic (Clementi) lists its pricing at the mid-range ($$) level, but exact per-session fees were not published at the time of this listing and should be confirmed directly with the clinic. In the Singapore chiropractic market, a first consultation with assessment typically runs S$80–150, and follow-up adjustment sessions run S$60–120. Many clinics offer session packages (e.g. 6 or 10 visits) at a bundled rate. Confirm whether the first consultation fee is separate from or inclusive of any initial adjustment, whether X-ray referrals carry an additional cost, and what the cancellation or no-show policy is before booking. No GP referral is required to visit a chiropractor in Singapore, though having recent imaging (X-ray or MRI) can help the practitioner assess your spine more accurately. At a first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, any prior injuries, current medications, and your presenting complaint. The chiropractor will typically perform a postural, orthopaedic, and neurological assessment before any hands-on treatment begins. Certain conditions — including osteoporosis, spinal fractures, active inflammatory arthritis, or recent surgery — may be contraindications to spinal manipulation. If you have a complex medical history, informing the clinic in advance allows them to advise whether chiropractic care is appropriate or whether a GP referral note would be useful for insurance claim purposes.
Chiropractic in Singapore does not yet fall under a statutory licensing board like the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), meaning there is no publicly searchable government register of chiropractors equivalent to the AHPC or TCMPB registers. The primary voluntary credibility marker is membership of the Chiropractic Association of Singapore (CAS) and holding a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from a programme accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) or an equivalent recognised body. Before booking, ask the clinic to confirm the consulting chiropractor's degree, the institution it was awarded by, and any professional association memberships. A reputable practice will share these details without hesitation. See the full chiropractic cost guide for Singapore →
