About TOUCH Student Care

About "TOUCH Student Care"

TOUCH Student Care is a student care provider operating islandwide across Singapore, listed on KakiList as a verified and ACRA-registered service. It is priced in the moderate range ($$) on a monthly recurring basis. The centre holds a Google rating of 4.6 out of 5 across 27 reviews — a modest sample size, so this figure should be treated as broadly indicative rather than definitive.

Families considering student care typically begin by enquiring about available slots for their child's intended start month, as places — particularly for lower primary pupils — can fill quickly. It is worth arranging a visit to the centre at 162 Bukit Merah Central to observe the daily routine, ask about the child-to-staff ratio, and understand the settling-in approach for children transitioning from a full school day. Parents should also ask about the homework supervision structure, enrichment activities offered, and meal arrangements. Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed student care centres may be eligible for ECDA subsidies, including the Working Mother's Child Relief and means-tested additional support — confirm current eligibility criteria directly with ECDA, as quantum figures are subject to change.

To take the next step, contact TOUCH Student Care by phone or through their enquiry form to check current vacancy for your child's level and preferred start date, and to arrange a centre visit before committing.

We attended the Marriage Preparation Programme. Christine Kong was our trainer. This was an amazing workshop and the trainers have been such a blessing to us. The workshop gave us so many tools to strengthen our relationship and to approach difficult topics with each other. There was also a couple personality test which went in depth about our personalities and issues we may face. The trainers helped us unpack the report. I highly recommend this workshop and feel very blessed for having the chance to go through this :)

Such a kickass session, many thanks to Christine who was an incredibly kind trainer that went out of her way to help us out, even inviting us to her house to discuss. There were many very useful anecdotes from people in successful marriages. Course content was practical and focused on how to have honest conversations, showing love for each other, strategies to deescalate conflict and strengthen the marriage.

My first hand experience engaging a social worker, and it definitely was way better than I expected. Having had past experiences, I can assure that peggy is one the best out there at what she does. Truly grateful for all the help she’s given, many props to her for awhile going the extra mile at what she does best.

A big thank you to the nice, thoughtful and compassionate people like Jaswan, Jennifer and others whom had attended to our late mother for her appointments at the hospital. They visited her at the hospice and also came to comfort us at her wake. We are so blessed to have them !

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "TOUCH Student Care" charge per month?

TOUCH Student Care operates on a monthly recurring fee model, positioned at the moderate ($$) price tier for Singapore's student care market. Exact monthly fees are not published on this listing, so it is best to contact the centre directly for a current fee schedule. Beyond the monthly fee, families should ask about a one-time registration fee, a deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any miscellaneous charges for meals, uniforms, or insurance. Student care fees at ECDA-licensed centres are GST-exempt for eligible children. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →

What subsidies can I claim at "TOUCH Student Care"?

Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-licensed student care centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy (up to S$300 per month for childcare, subject to household income assessment) and the Working Mother's Subsidy, which requires the mother to be in employment for at least 56 hours per month. An Additional Subsidy is available for lower-income households, which can bring the total combined subsidy higher — current figures are income-tested and updated periodically by ECDA. Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at reduced rates. Subsidy amounts and qualifying criteria change from time to time, so always check the ECDA website or contact the centre directly for the most current figures before making enrolment decisions.

Is there a waitlist at "TOUCH Student Care"?

Demand for student care places in Singapore — especially for Primary 1 and Primary 2 pupils — means that popular centres can fill their cohorts several months in advance. It is generally advisable to enquire at least three to six months before your intended start date, with January being the peak intake month aligned to the school calendar. To secure a place, centres typically require payment of a registration fee and, in some cases, a deposit. Contact TOUCH Student Care at their Bukit Merah Central location directly by phone or through their enquiry form to check current availability for your child's level and start month, and ask whether a waitlist position is an option if no immediate vacancy exists.
