Had the worst experience using Tribecar and it really spoils my day. Registered on my mobile app and found a car I need for urgent use at 3pm at 476 Upper Serangoon View. The mobile app itself has issues as the car is available on the map but it doesn’t allow me to book on its available time slots. I have to use the web version on my pc and it finally worked. I reached that car park at 15 mins before my booking and I couldn’t locate the car as stated on the designated lots. It states car is at Lot 434 but the car park lots numbers do not have Lot 434. Only running numbers from 433 to 435. Coincidentally 434 was missing. Hence I went up to Deck 7 to locate the car and after spending 20mins, I couldn’t locate the car either. Called Customer Service and they told me car is besides lot 437. Omg, the numbering of the car park lots is ridiculous and lot 434 and 437 is located at the other end of the car park at Deck 6. See picture attached..taken from where lot 434 is, and I found the car! Next step is to unlock the car. I followed all the steps and took pictures of the car and to unlock. After loading for a few mins, it says unable to unlock! I tried a second time taking the pics all over again and it doesn’t work！I have to call customer service the second time for them to unlock the car. By the time, it's 3.17pm. already eat into my booking trip time. The entire experience sucks and I have used getgo before and it’s a breeze… After a bad day having to deal with my unexpected car repair at the workshop, the tribecar experience just made it worse. And it doesn’t refund me for the balance in my e wallet. As I am not gonna use again, guess they will swallow my balance money… Just ended my trip and I was charged $10 late fees for being late 7 mins. But my trip only started at 3.17pm Becos of the delay in unlocking the car… unfair…
